“I can't tell you how nice it is to find a place like Queen City. I go to the Salisbury store. The first time I bought a refrigerator and this last trip I purchased a Gas range and range hood. I had the pleasure of getting Glen Hoffman as my salesperson and as long as he is there this will be my place to shop. The difference having a knowledgeable, caring person help you is incredible. Both times he went above and beyond meeting my needs answering questions and getting the right items for me. Versus someone at Lowes just pointing to where the ranges are in the store. Glen found the perfect hood for our range with the right CFM. Not sure I could ask for more from a business!”

“Epworth United Methodist in Concord, NC was in need of a new sign. After deciding that we wanted to go with a digital messaging sign, we talked to several sign companies. RiteLite quickly rose to the top of our list of providers. They were professional, responded quickly any time we needed to talk with them, and designed a beautiful, double sided monument sign with a 3’ X 7’ digital display on each side. They also incorporated LED illuminated end panels that match the patterns in our sanctuary stained glass windows. All work was done exceptionally well, and the sign was delivered, installed, and activated on schedule. And all components of the sign were made in the USA!We are exceptionally pleased with our decision to use RiteLite as our new sign provider. This location doesn't harass you such as the Mooresville location. It's no wonder the kannapolis location has a higher rating (per Google review). Terrible management there. This location works with you and doesn't hound you such as Mooresville. They work with you! Thanks again Brandon and this Aaron's location ?”

“I mostly come by here in the evenings. I really appreciate the boys always trying to keep a conversation and they usually communicate pretty well what's going on. My pickup orders are usually ready pretty quick. Here and there some stuff isn't in stock but that's how life works lol. For a smaller location it's decent, prefer here over the marathon down the street.”

And was very nice, nice when we mentioned our mother passing and needing to handle her phone line. She handled it so professionally and was not awkward about it at all, as some people in the past have been. We really appreciated it.”
“This is the best store I have dealt with. The sales manager Scott i think was his name was very helpful and helped me get everything I needed when I first started. Then later on down the line, I ran into some trouble with my account and I was hesitant to call but when I finally did I was treated with respect and that meant a lot to me, they considered my situation and after a conversation they were able to help me in a way that was convenient for my change of income. The accounts manager went thru my account details and clearly explained everything. I did my part nd they did theirs I swear if someone has issues with this store is because they themselves messed up. I appreciate them and now I own my product and if anybody ask I will send them here. As long as you do your part they will help you. By far the best customer service . Thank you guys!!!”
