“In the process of switching from Metro to T-Mobile phone and internet a glitch occurred that locked up the phone completely. Angie, Bindu went above and beyond trying attempting to get the problem resolved. The 1st day they alone spent 11 1/2 hours, including 1 1/2 hours after closing trying to work it out to restore my service. In the long run I was w/o any phone service for 10 days and T-Mobile had to have the problem escalated to Administration Tier 3 before the glitch was resolved and my phone service restored.
I appreciate all of the efforts by T-Moble but it was a as Angie and Bindu that exercised great patience, diligence and customer service to get it done.

This location doesn't harass you such as the Mooresville location. It's no wonder the kannapolis location has a higher rating (per Google review). Terrible management there. “I mostly come by here in the evenings. I really appreciate the boys always trying to keep a conversation and they usually communicate pretty well what's going on. My pickup orders are usually ready pretty quick. Here and there some stuff isn't in stock but that's how life works lol. For a smaller location it's decent, prefer here over the marathon down the street.”
