“We opened our account here in June 2021. We have couches and a kitchen table. During the last 1.5 years, we have ran into a lot of different issues that interfered with making our payments on time. I have mostly dealt with Gemma and she has been wonderful. We have moved since we opened our account and there is an aarons much closer so us, but we will never deal with another store because that is how great Gemma has treated us as customers.
