“I walked into Best Buy in Mooresville today to buy a new camera and I ended up purchasing a Sony a7iii and an SD card to go with it. The Sony A7iii is a mirrorless camera that uses the modern E-mount, specifically supporting Full-Frame E-mount (FE) lenses (which are interchangeable), excellent ISO performance, EVF, dual SD card slots, etc.; great camera! It was also a top-notch customer service experience at this store. My mom was with me today. As soon as we walked through the entrance, we were greeted by helpful customer service staff who were waiting to assist. Zach temporarily placed the camera on hold until we were ready to make the purchase this afternoon. Very good experience shopping at this store!”

“I just had the most awesome customer service experience with Cameron, who seemed to be a Manager at this location in downtown Mooresville, NC (on Main St.). I had placed a large holiday photo order that had several problems, and the patience and kindness that he extended to me while helping to fix it was so wonderful that I'll probably never forget him. While we worked together to fix the situation for over an hour, I noticed that he was also patient and kind with his coworkers. At a time when this world feels pretty overwhelming and crazy, and when people never know what others are going through, he was a light that truly made my Christmas. I hope he can somehow be recognized by CVS for his high character and intentional kindness.”

I recommend anyone who has metro pcs not to go into the Huntersville Location and recommend all to do business at the Mooresville location, you won't be disappointed.
