“Epworth United Methodist in Concord, NC was in need of a new sign. After deciding that we wanted to go with a digital messaging sign, we talked to several sign companies. RiteLite quickly rose to the top of our list of providers. They were professional, responded quickly any time we needed to talk with them, and designed a beautiful, double sided monument sign with a 3’ X 7’ digital display on each side. They also incorporated LED illuminated end panels that match the patterns in our sanctuary stained glass windows. All work was done exceptionally well, and the sign was delivered, installed, and activated on schedule. And all components of the sign were made in the USA!We are exceptionally pleased with our decision to use RiteLite as our new sign provider. Tim Stout (Sales) and Jonathan Scott (Project Manager) were great to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend RiteLite for anyone’s sign needs!”

“I don’t often frequent convenience stores, but when I do, I prefer 7-Eleven over other stores because they’re typically kept clean and the service is friendly. I also find that it seems easier to find what I need there than at the competition. Plus, they have a rewards program that seems to be more rewarding than others.
This particular location of 7-Eleven is my favorite. The staff is amazing! They’re always helpful, super friendly, and seem to really care about their customers. Tammy, Joyce & DJ is one of my favorite people. She's always up for a chat or for listening to a story. Nikki is an amazing Store leader and she’s never not looking to help. This store is clean and well-stocked, and the staff always seems to know just when I want a drink.”

“I go to their Starbucks inside the store, it is the best Starbucks in my area. The baristas are always sweet, their drinks are always made correctly and the customer service is amazing. Compared to corporate Starbucks, the licensed stores have always been better in quality of drinks and I'm not quite sure why. But I highly recommend this location and I never had any issues.”
“Went to Verizon regarding an issue with my voicemail not alerting me of phone call messages. Tech Specialist, Greg, listened attentively and began troubleshooting the issue. I learned that my VPN needed to be "off" for phone and voicemail. Greg tested the voicemail, but it still was not working properly. He called Verizon tech support, and we learned that approximately one year ago, someone had "call forwarded" my number to a number I did not recognize (wondering if/how my phone was hijacked). Verizon was not able to see who my voicemails were going to, only a local phone number. Verizon was able to confirm that the forwarding number was not a Verizon number. We were told to call *73 which "unforwarded" my voicemail. Greg, thank you for your diligence, patience, and expert assistance to resolve the issue.”

“I am partial to 7-11 because I am 55 years old and from DC. So
I grew up with 7-11 a long time before Sheetz, Circle K, Kangaroo
and whoever else. Back in the 70's and early 80's 7-11 was a
lifesaver after coming from the club and skating rink.
A Pina Colada Slurpee and 2 chili Big Bite Hot dogs and a bag of UTZ Cheese popcorn made my night 4 reel cuzzo!!!!!
7-11 always had the fixings bar where you could load your
dog with onions, Kraut, chili, etc as much as you wanted.
7-Eleven is a champ in my book.

“It is a good place to buy cell phones at a good price, but the signal is terrible. It has been almost two years old and the signal quality is too slow.
The payment for the service is increasing every time and the service is increasingly decadent.”
“We tried to use the online system to help activate another phone and just couldn't get anything done. so, we made the decision go to the store by Concord Mills and it was the best decision we made. but gentleman that helped us was very professional, patient, and he made sure everything worked perfectly before we left. Verizon, you need more people like this helping customers.”

“Been going here for a long time since it was first changed to a 711 I have seen this store at its best and recently at its total worse but I will say the workers and manager that are there now are working hard to get it back to how it was when it first became a 711. They are getting it clean and presentable and I love coming to the store now I never have to ask for them to go get my drink from inside the cooler and instead of a wall of boxes they actually put stuff on the shelves unlike the past year where you wood have to open a box yourself to get the chips you wanted. Came here to say that I’m proud of the nice young lady that is running this store now. I know it couldn’t have been easy with the shape it was in but she’s doing it and she needs to be seen for that stores improvement. I use to never go into the men’s restroom until last week I went in there and it was painted and clean and smelled clean. 711 needs to keep this manager and not let her go because she is doing what other managers there never could. Way to go!”
“I’ve been to this 7/11 before and it seems like they have taken a 180 in the right direction making this my new favorite convenience store. I had questions about some of the products, their staff made sure i had all the information needed and were so very helpful to me! All their machines were up and running perfectly fine! Who ever the manager of this store is deserves a pat on the back!”
