“I was in need of wiring repair on my Toyota Sequoia. The employees came out to look at what was going on. They advised me on how to remedy a possible problem. Then proceeded to find that the original wiring from Toyota was working fine. They were awesome. I left there happy and at no charge. I think this may be a North Carolina thing. “Great guy! Just rolled up unannounced in my new (to me) car that is leaking water like a fountain through the driver side door. He took the time to come out and talk to me for awhile and look it over. He made some tweaks to my door seals, gave me recommendations on how to move forward if that didn't fix it, including how to correctly uninstall the existing door seals myself in the event I want to try to do the door seal replacement job myself, which I do. Then we spent awhile walking around the car puzzling over how the driver door has bound up hinges like there's something way out of whack but all the body lines are near perfect which is very counterintuitive. That contradiction was making him nuts more than me lol.
TLDR: Dudes super chill, knows his craft well, lost an hour standing out in the parking lot helping a guy out and not charging a dime for the time. Need to be able to give more than 5 stars. Any body repair work I need is going here from now on.”

“I have to leave a review on my visit here I called these people needing radiator hoses for my 1998 ford mustang very respectful lady answers tell her what I need and says we don't have them in stock but if you give me an hour we will have them here sure enough about 35 min later get a call and there ready for pick up. I have gave up on every other parts store from this experience and will start buying what I need here and if your the manager reading this you make sure to tell all your employees what good customer service they provide thanks again.BEST REGARDS CHARLES M BAKER”
