It feels like a hometown bank and always makes me feel like I am appreciated as a customer. My husband and I are very happy to have found United community Bank. I sold my boat that I had financed thru Truist and Monique at the Clayton Branch was so helpful and facilitated the transaction with me and the buyer perfectly and was a real pleasure to work with. I've been with Truist (BB&T) for 28 years and have always received top notch customer service. Always very helpful and genuine. “Everyone has been friendly at this branch. A shout out to Matt for being so kind and patient when I cleaned out my piggy bank and brought in a lot of coinage-some rolled and some loose (half dollars, dollars). It was quite a bit. He never complained. It took a little bit to count.”
