“We have been working with Angela on getting a refinance auto loan. She explained everything that we needed to bring to the appointment we made with her. Once the loan was approved she explained what the next steps were to get the title to them from the previous bank! Well when the other bank (we will leave their name out) sent us the title instead ,my husband called her at 5:15 on a Friday to let her know this she said bring it on in to me and I will take care of it.
