“This 5 star review is for Jessica in the bakery. I was there one Saturday and talked to her about needing 48 cupcakes for the following Saturday, and I wanted a mixture of chocolate and vanilla. She asked the reason for the event, and I told her it was dinner for my son that had gotten married. She offered to make them “special” and SPECIAL they were!! She decorated them so pretty! It was not the average looking cupcake. She tile me she would personally decorate them for me. She was not there when we picked up, but I hope someone will tell her about this review! And we were asked more than once that night, “Who did the cupcakes?” We gave the Walmart bakery a shoutout!! We told them to ask for Jessica if they ordered. I also want to say I just love William the greeter. He makes me smile every time I see him, even if I am having a bad day. I only have one complaint, but it’s not just for this Walmart so I will not reduce my 5 star review: WHY in the world does Walmart not take Apple Pay?? Even Dollar Tree has Apple Pay! I do not like using my card. I prefer to tap pay with my phone. Someone needs to take this one to the top and get it changed. But great job, Jessica and William. You make me want to go to this Walmart every time, and I’m situated between 3 Walmarts fairly equally in distance. I’ll choose Clayton Walmart over Knightdale and Smithfield every time!!”

“Only downside was the greeter didn’t say ‘hi, welcome to walmart’; like, I’m pretty sure that person is getting paid to do that. Instead, kept their back turned to me the whole way in and out of sight.”

“This nice ladies that work the customer service were fantastic. I have never returned an item and had to go there to return my 322 car cam that was overheating and was not in the Sun and I had two of them with SD cards. And I had my online receipts and they were just so professional. This was at approximately 1330 hrs on Jul 18 2021. Thank you guys for the nice experience.”
