“My go to place for livestock supplies, lawn and garden, tools and trailer equipment. You could get everything from a welder to trimmer line or cowboy boots in the same store. If you have horses, a shop, or want to maintain and fix your equipment, this is the place.”
“I was politely greeted by security as soon as i walked in. The clothing area was clean, Aaliyah at the fitting rooms was very helpful and kind with helping me find shorts that i saw online. Check out was so smooth. It makes me prefer this target over white oak.”

“I love going to this store and visit regularly. I always find something useful to purchase. They do their best to keep it neat and tidy no matter how damaging customers leave it; and those front desk agents are always extremely nice.”
“Always enjoy shopping at this store. It's one of the larger stores and carries a lot of different items with great prices if you're willing to look for them. The one downfall about this store don't expect to call and get any help over the phone. They will flat out tell you they don't have time to help you with certain things. I asked if they could have a store associate check to see if they had doggie pee pads in (I'm out of town) which they always stock but can run out of quickly and this was the answer I was given in a very unprofessional manner.”
“Very pretty store with a lot of variety. When we went this past Sunday, only one register was open so the lines were long. The self check out was long also. Only complaint I have. Bathrooms are clean so that's a good thing.”
“I shop at the Ross in Garner often, and I felt like someone needed to recognize one employee who truly stands out. Every time I come in, Shyejah is up front handling the front end by herself while other employees seem to be in the back. Despite being busy, she stays calm, professional, and treats every customer with kindness and respect.
I’ve personally watched her deal with rude and disrespectful customers, and she didn’t let it affect her attitude with customers after .She showed the patience, and customer service skills that every retail employee should have. One day, while I was standing in line, I even called the store hoping someone would come help because the line was getting long. No one came. When I finally got to the register and asked Shyejah if she needed help, she simply smiled and said, “I got it.” That spoke volumes about her work ethic.
While Shyejah deserves recognition, the store itself could use much better management. It needs a thorough cleaning, and management should do a better job supporting the employees who are working hard on the sales floor.
If I owned a business, I would hire Shyejah without hesitation. She represents what great customer service looks like, and Ross is fortunate to have an employee like her. In my opinion .”
“The pharmacist, Heather, is a life saver! I was traveling through the area from Florida and had a problem with a recent medication. I stopped by the pharmacy and was blown away by her response and professionalism in her willingness to figure out a solution to help.
I was honestly expecting to be sent on my way somewhere else. Heather went above and beyond!”

“I wanted to give a shout out to Kayla at the Garner Kohls location. She went above and beyond to replace an item for my daughter the was stolen out of her bag shortly after purchase. We knew we were not entitled to a replacement in that situation and I was prepared to purchase a replacment if need. But when I explained what happened she graciously give us a new item. My daughter was distraught when she found out her item was stolen. Kayla absolutely made her day with her kindness. 5 stars.”
