“The staff is Great, BUT I get frustrated by PetCo offering a 10% discount is you order on line and pick up. I do this quite often and lately I haven't receive the discount. (horrible app). The manager says the app is different from the store and won't honor it. I'm a long time customer! The last manger would verify & honor.”
