“I have one very picky cat, who needs food rotation every 2 months or so. Every time I come in, I leave with new options on recommendation from the phenomenal staff. They have experience using different foods with their own pets, they remember which foods they’ve recommended to me previously, and are always empathetic to my/cats needs.
I have no issues trying different options because I know they carry only high quality products, and since I began shopping here I have stopped using Chewy for my cat food purchases. I feel so supported and always leave with a smile on my face. I am so grateful to this store and the wonderful people working here.”

“My pup enjoyed his first away stay as I traveled. Was an adjustment for both of us but the staff here was professional, knowledgeable & caring. I do plan to keep them as my pups boarding option. The different level of rooms some with camera & tv were great the have. Will be trying out doggy daycare as my guy enjoyed play groups during his stay. Would definitely recommend to other pet parents for a worry free boarding option!”

“This was the second time that my Yorkie has been there and she really does a great job but this time he was shaved too close at the neck and when I asked about it, it was like no he wasn't. It's very noticeable and if I make a mistake, I'm willing to admit it, but she acts as if that's how it was supposed to look and I know it isn't. I left there a little disappointed. Otherwise, she really does a great job in a timely manner.”

“TLDR: Excellent customer service, ample products, pricier than online retailers. I stopped here after meeting a sales rep at the Raleigh Pet Expo. The best part of my visit were the incredible employees. Each employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and ready to help. Several asked if I needed assistance and checked to make sure I found what I was looking for. The store is packed with merchandise. It is fairly organized and the items are labelled well. It is surprisingly pricy. I would opt to purchasing toys and treats at online retailers. Then if in town around this location I would get live insects here. They also have a lot of food options and adorable live animals for purchase like bunnies and ferrets. Overall, they have a good selection of items and excellent customer service.”
“Lidl is the most under rated but fast becoming my fave grocery store I spend half as less as I would have bought at Walmart with an even fuller cart!!The brands are great and the free bread section 😋”
“This was our first time boarding our puppy (anywhere!), and I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time. But PetsHotel took good care of him and gave us a full report on his stay, including his playtimes, how much he ate, and even how often he used the bathroom! Our puppy was (obviously) happy to see us and ready to go home when we picked him up, but we could tell he'd been well cared for and had enjoyed his stay because the employees knew him by name, and he made sure to say a quick "goodbye" to the people who had taken care of him - That really put my mind at ease! Would highly recommend this PetsHotel and would definitely let our pup stay with them again!”
“The manager, Koi, was extremely pleasant during our visit. We came in yesterday to bring home the cat we adopted the day before, and Koi was very friendly and helpful. They were efficient with getting the adoption paperwork signed, offered to help us find the things we needed, shared their excitement for us (and our cat), and sent us home with his “about me” paper that was on his kennel as a sentiment.
Additionally, the store was very clean and organized and didn’t feel (or smell) like a pet store. Unfortunately, we don’t live super close by, or we would continue to shop here, but we will definitely revisit when we are in the area!

“I had the greatest service at that location, two day in a row. The young lady was not used to selling fish (for an aquarium), she and I learned about the fish that I purchased. The manager says the app is different from the store and won't honor it. I'm a long time customer! The last manger would verify & honor.”

“Well what can I say this has been my main store for the last 5yrs myself and family love the warm welcome we get and feel upon entering the store, everyone is cheerful and so helpful but I must say Kat is excellent she is well knowledgable of all the animals in the store, the compassion she has when handling them, temperament behaviour info, enclosure info, describing and making sure you understand everything before leaving and making sure the pet is well fit for yourself or family. She doesn’t make you feel like your bothering her or just ready for you to quit talking buy your things and leave EVERY animal she has introduced our family (2 bearded dragon, 4 leopard geckos, 4 parakeets) are all as she described and temperament fits our family (some of the same animals have different personalities but ours are mostly calm) and it’s been a breeze raising them following instructions and tips she gives out, food for them have not been a problem health wise the 2x I had a concern (amount of worms was less than advertised) they was more than willing to resolve the issue without hesitation.”
