“Laura and her grooming team are so friendly! It was my first time bringing my anxious, snippy dog in after moving from out of state. My dog previously only went to one specific groomer specialized in dogs with behavioral issues because others could not handle him. I also had given him sedatives in the past for this. Thankfully Laura was able to fully groom him without any medications and he turned out great! He's not an easy client so I am super grateful that they had the patience to work with him. I am so relieved I've found a new groomer for him.”

“For a whole year I had issues with Petsmart getting my 12lb dog groomed due to her matting; they never even gave her any nice haircuts. My final straw with them was when they told me they couldn't due a grooming because she had a lot of matting? Isn't this what groomers do; shave it and make it look nice? Well I always knew of Suite Paws since I'm only down the street from them, but never knew they did grooming until I saw it on their website, so I decided to make an appointment. I love that you can drop anytime between the time slots. I went in, checked in, a lady grabbed Daisy without no problem, I signed a paper and a lady told me the groomer will reach back out. Her groomer's name is Summer and OMG she did such a fantastic job!! She took all the matting out and gave Daisy a nice round form! Thank you so much Summer and Suite Paws!! I will be coming here from now on!!!”

“So we started Charley, a standard poodle on the dry chicken kibble must have been 4 to 5 months ago. Up to that point he had suffered from loose stool every two to three weeks. No fun when you are traveling. With that said, he now is the pride of the dog parks with solid and smaller dog poop. You might not even need a poop bag but then again.....”

“TLDR: Excellent customer service, ample products, pricier than online retailers.I stopped here after meeting a sales rep at the Raleigh Pet Expo. The best part of my visit were the incredible employees. Each employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and ready to help. Several asked if I needed assistance and checked to make sure I found what I was looking for. The store is packed with merchandise. It is fairly organized and the items are labelled well. It is surprisingly pricy. I would opt to purchasing toys and treats at online retailers. Then if in town around this location I would get live insects here. They also have a lot of food options and adorable live animals for purchase like bunnies and ferrets. Overall, they have a good selection of items and excellent customer service.”

“Such wonderful memories from here! You go in, and the walls are covered with so much information on water parameters, cycling instructions, & fish needs! Seriously, if you ever wanted to introduce a family member or friend who is interested in the hobby, I highly recommend you take them here at least once! Though, I may be a bit biased because they let me pet the twig catfish ?Also because I met my best friend Honey here! I LOVE HIM. He's been happy & healthy with no complications, and not a single thought has seemed to cross his goofy eyes. So much smoother than my struggles with online stores! If this face can't convince you I don't know what will.”

“This was our first time boarding our puppy (anywhere!), and I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time. But PetsHotel took good care of him and gave us a full report on his stay, including his playtimes, how much he ate, and even how often he used the bathroom! Our puppy was (obviously) happy to see us and ready to go home when we picked him up, but we could tell he'd been well cared for and had enjoyed his stay because the employees knew him by name, and he made sure to say a quick "goodbye" to the people who had taken care of him - That really put my mind at ease! Would highly recommend this PetsHotel and would definitely let our pup stay with them again!”

“I drive from Raleigh to this location for grooming purposes. The Knightdale location always had issues with my fur baby and I almost always had additional fees for him. This location not only has no issues grooming him they also adjust off any costs for services they couldn't perform because he was simply not in the mood or the service simply was not needed. The extra 15 minutes drive is so worth it!!!”

I can’t say enough great things about Niki, she took care of my baby and had her looking and smelling amazing when I picked her up. My Venus is 18 weeks so she was a little nervous but Niki made sure she was comfortable and happy. I’ll definitely be bringing Venus here from now on! Great job Niki!!!!!!!!”
