“David is a great, positive, skilled and experienced trainer. I did my first show April 2016, and my trainer left me high and dry after nearly putting me in the hospital. I met David and his crew back stage. They were all so kind and helpful. They gave me great advise and encouragement. I was so grateful! I've been training with him ever since, and its been a wonderful experience. He has helped me get over the trauma of my last trainer and last show. I'll do another show, but I'll be rolling with David and his crew. Thanks David! You're the best!”

“Beautiful facility. Very clean. Wonderful staff. Loads of options - 3 walking/running (2 indoor, 1 outdoor), basketball, pickle ball, racketball courts, 2 pools, fully equipped resistance machines. Lots of classes: Tao Chi, Pilates, chair yoga, high intensity training, low impact aerobics, etc, etc, etc.”
