“I love the Allegacy FCU in Clemmons. They are so quick to respond and get me the information I need when I need it. The loan personnel are phenomenal! I needed a car loan immediately, after searching for a car since February. Samantha had me ready with a check within hours and we picked up our car the next day! I've been with this branch since they opened and hope they're around forever”

“This Wells Fargo branch went above and beyond to help me resolve a very difficult and frustrating financial situation that was not their fault in any way. I especially want to give kudos to Gonzalo, who was my first point of contact, and helped calm me down initially with his assurances that they could handle the situation and that my money would be credited. After Gonzalo got the situation under control, he passed me off to their branch manager, Matthew. Matthew was diligent in following up with all the parties we needed to in order to get notarized signatures, authorizations, and just generally get all the information together. In the end, my situation got resolved to my satisfaction, and a huge credit for that lies with this Clemmons, NC Wells Fargo branch. I also want to add that all Wells Fargo branches are adhering to very strict COVID-19 protocols. Only people who absolutely must speak to a banker are allowed inside, and only wearing proper face coverings. Thank you all for your work!”

“The Winston-Salem branch of Charles Schwab has been extremely helpful to our business. My business partner and I decided to open our company’s SEP IRAs at Charles Schwab because we both have Schwab accounts and have been happy with the performance of Schwab and the ease of doing business with them. When we needed to get more employees who qualified for our SEP IRA added, Jesse at the Winston-Salem branch was instrumental in ensuring that we were able to meet the timeframe that we were under to get them added. He had great follow through, contacted us with updates, etc. I would highly recommend Charles Schwab and Jesse at the Winston-Salem branch.”

“Pat Crowley and his team are wonderful to work with. They helped me and folks I know. They've assisted in a difficult transaction involving transferring assets from a decedent. Couldn't have done it without them.”

“We stopped in this morning for a notary appointment which we had made via the Wells Fargo app.We arrived a little early and went up to the counter because we also wanted make some changes to our debit cards. We were told we should have a seat and they could take care of everything for us. After a short while, Holly reached out to us and said she may be able to help us. She helped us take care of everything we needed. We shared with her our bad experience at another local Wells Fargo location and she conveyed her apologizes even though she had nothing to do with our experience. She is a true believer in the overall company not just the branch she works for. Overall this was a great experience, we feel, primarily because of Holly. She is an amazing asset to Wells Fargo. We hope we can always work with her when we visit.”

“This is so much better than my Suntrust/Truist experiences. I find Allegacy's customer service and business model/practices to be far superior to Truist. However, I do think that the phone situtation with this bank and others I have used needs to be vastly improved. The push to get everyone to do everything online is not always the best approach. Whether it is the lackings of the online system or something personal to the person calling in, sometimes phones are the most efficient way to solve an unusual issue. Treating people that call in as second class citizens by making them hold and putting through a gauntlet of phone prompts can be infuriating. I love online banking capabilitites but phones still have an important spot in the customer service process.”
