“Sarah Lamb was excellent and has renewed my faith in this Branch. I came in about a week prior to understand rates and process for opening a new car loan. She was super friendly, helpful, efficient and non-pushy! About a week later, your new car came in and we popped in to open the loan. She was super quick to help us and the process was very smooth and easy to understand. She took care of setting everything up and then gave us the option to hang out or leave while we waited for underwriting. We went home and she called us as soon as things were ready. When we came back, she already had everything printed and ready for us to sign. We signed, got the check cut and were out the door. The whole time she was very respectful, professional, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and efficient! Would highly recommend working with Sarah!

A gentleman greeted me immediately and was friendly asking how he could help. I explained my debit card issue. He handled it ASAP as I made my deposit. I asked his name afterwards and it is Bassam. Nice fellow. He made my experience nice. My card stopped working at Lowe's in Clemmons. They have colones (foreign currency) too which is helpful for my trip to Costa rica. Nice location.”

“Came to this center today for a Living Donor Champion Program. As a candidate and on the list for a kidney transplant, this program hosted by Donate@Life gave us a lot of information on getting a kidney from a living donor. The event was hosted by Miracles in Sight. They are based here in Winston and started up years ago to help get people new eyes through donor donations. Luckily I’m not getting new eyes, cause then I will probably see how ugly I really am!!!! The center is beautiful and big. It is very inviting and is also like a museum. Anyone is welcome to come get a tour, which I plan on returning for. Definitely cool to have this here in our city! If it were not for this event, we would have never known! Come check it out, you won’t be disappointed!”

I had an appointment for an eye doctor at 9:30, the bank opened at 9. Mike Miller had me in and out with a new card in a matter of 5 minutes. Saved so much stress for me!
