We brought our cat Zeke in in February for what seemed to be a urinary blockage and they helped us figure out a plan for him to get him feeling better! They were super patient with him (he’s not the nicest) and have us peace of mind knowing he was taken care of. Our girl Sadie has always been afraid of vets and becomes fear aggressive. The staff were super sweet to her and while it’s still something we are working on we have hope one day she will grow to love coming in. Our new pup Cane also received the best care getting loved on and lots of treats during his checkup! As a pet owner it can be hard to find a trustworthy vet. The staff here have excelled at commitment to care of our pets! We are so grateful for them and all their hard work, from the vets to the ladies up front and vet techs. We couldn’t be more appreciative of all of them!

He’s the best diagnostician I’ve ever known—experience is king here. His daughter Dr. Brown follows in his footsteps and is so lovely…a wonderful veterinarian. The whole staff are such gems—So nice, so caring and beyond accommodating. They always get us in the day of for an emergency, Much thanks to Brittany, Elizabeth, Tammy, and Rachel, and all their support staff. I’ve never met a more wonderful team in my life, and I’m grateful for them every day.

6612 Holder Rd, ClemmonsTook my Shepherd, Goose, to Charlie's for board and train in their basic obedience course. Goose really needed the foundation that an experienced trainer could provide and that me and my s/o could help build on going forward.
Grace did an amazing job. Goose came back a changed dog and continuing his training daily at home as been a breeze. He walks perfectly on a leash, responds well to commands, and his impulsiveness has been so much more easier to control. Thank you, Grace!

And they have an orange Julius drink. Blast from the past. My son got a cold coffee drink called French toast. It did taste like French toast and was good.

Service was quick and very kind (i always ask for flavor advice from workers and she was wonderful in recommending a few favorites!)
