I was shock to receive a text of him on someone arms, and being a good boy. I was shock, and great full I found an awesome groomer. Cost was affordable as I am retired. Very pleased. (Asthma/COPD)She had an injection of steroids and oral dosing during allergy/pollen/dusty hay season. Advised more time outdoors for fresh air. Ard-Vista Animal Hospital: Gessner Matthew DVM
527 S Stratford Rd, Winston-SalemI absolutely love Ard-Vista! They were always extremely careful with my yorkie who had terrible health issues and a collapsed trachea. They saw us through both of my previous girls' passings and were so respectful of them through the process. Dr. Morrison even sent us heartfelt, handwritten card about how special he could tell our little Piper was to us and how sorry he was for our loss. We now have 3 Maltese. Dr. Gessner is our regular vet and he is extremely patient with me and my 1,000 questions as a constantly anxious dog mom. He always takes great care of my dogs and is very careful during procedures. The entire staff is fantastic and Jessica up front is an angel. I can not say enough good things about them.

I was so nervous to leave her for her first boarding but i can confidently say we will returning for every trip I can’t take her with me. I’m so pleased with this place. They were so kind on the phone which was not the case after calling several places in the area. They washed all her stuff and gave her a bath. Honey bear didn’t even pay attention to me until I said her name! She immediately came home and slept. Put your doggy mom heart and trust into this place! 4825 Country Club Rd, Winston-SalemWe reached out (frantically!) to Antione at Real Deal one weekend after our boy, Leonidas, took off after some deer, crossed a creek and a highway and we thought we lost him. Monday evening we showed up for our first training session.
Antione knows what he’s talking about. He knows dogs and of equal importance, he knows people. We saw immediate progress with our dog after a few private sessions and continued growth with weekly group classes. I’m no longer terrified to have him off leash and I’m confident that I will have control should we happen upon some deer again!

Dogs playing, people petting dogs and talking about dogs! Pure happiness… I highly recommend Elite Canine Training!

I made a special trip from Lexington to your business Sunday about two o'clock. I was the only one there but after a few minutes about ten families pulled up to order. I ordered the cone with Butter Pecan, it was good Hershey's ice cream. They have a large variety of Sundays with many toppings. Large parking area in the back and plenty of seats. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Made it to Radar Brewing Company to watch some FIFA action. Establishment looks good inside with tvs mounted all over. Bar is simple with multiple taps for their wide selection of brew. Price is good too for 2 cups of beer and a tall glass of wine was only 20 bucks. The star deduct was sitting outside we could barely hear the game and we had to watch the game through the windows as they didn't want to roll out the TV on a cart outside because it was threatening to rain. Figure that out on big game days and I will be back. Took some time in line, like 30 minutes, to get my drinks as the 2 guys were hustling to get to everyone.

There is plenty of tables with shade to sit under and inside seating. There are employees I think called wrangler that help keep the peace between over active/pushy dogs so that everyone can have fun. The drinks are, the people are friendly, much better than a neighborhood dog park!

Fairytale Farm Animal Sanctuary
480 Wayside Dr, Winston-SalemFairytale Farm is a wonderful sanctuary that has been unmatched in their dedication and commitment to rescue efforts in our community. As the only rescue for domestic rabbits in our area, they were instrumental in saving over 70 domestic rabbits that had been dumped all over Forsyth County this past summer. Without Fairytale, those bunnies would not have survived. When my daughter was looking to add bunnies to a therapy program she was assisting with, Fairytale matched them up with three wonderful bunnies. If you are thinking of adopting, would like to foster or have some time to volunteer, Fairytale is a great choice!
It is a small organization and could use all the support possible from our community.
