“I do like going to the store but they really need to do something about the situation of where they place everything. It's so crowded in there and you have to really be patient when you go shopping there. Prices are great, it's just you and everybody else trying to move around in there that becomes difficult.”

“They have some really good buys in a variety of areas in the store. The employees are nice in this store. The one thing I will point out is the employees use of walkie talkies or other devices where customers can hear conversations. On the day I was there they were discussing an event in the store that shoppers should not have been aware of or how things are handled. My entire background is management, operations, hr policies and loss/theft. When this was going on a couple of guys stepped out of aisles as to listen to conversations between employees on the sales floor too. This is not a smart move to involve non personal in store situations.”

“Crafting on a budget? This is the place to pick up supplies and some inspiration. In case you didn't know: YouTube has some great videos about crafts using dollar tree finds check some of them out then plan a trip to the dollar tree; and pick up some snacks while your there. It may break your diet but it shouldn't break your budget. Happy crafting!”
“This the best location in North Carolina, store looks great after re doing the floor. One of cleanest and we'll stocked. The managers are always nice and polite, I feel bad because they cannot keep any cashiers. Unfortunately that's every store and company in the US right now. Mary always goes out of her way to help me, and brightens up my day with her smile. The closing manager is a young man who is so nice, and sweet. I wish all the other dollar trees were like this one, south main is the best location around.”

“One of the best ? dollar stores out there. This location is always clean, well organized ( even at holiday shopping times), has very helpful staff, and great selection. This is a great place to find items for ? birthday parties, decorations, cheap toys, cheap home improvement decor items, cleaning supplies, grocery items, and more. Also don't sleep on their ? school supply selection. This location also has ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking and entrance.”
“Stopped by here on the way to The Patriot Disc Golf course. Was able to find what we needed and the store was one of the cleanest we seen. Very few boxes of inventory in the isles and friendly staff.”
“Never had an issue with this store. Everyone I've met working there has always been very kind. The store is usually really clean and no clutter UNLESS a truck with new stock has come in. It would be nice if the people complaining about the stock boxes out in the isles realize that Dollar General stores only require 2 employees to be on duty in the entire store. It would probably be more wise to contact the corporate office and suggest them implementing a better stocking system rather than piling it all on 2 employees who are also ringing up a long line of customers.”

“We love Roses! I buy big man jeans, shirts, some groceries, lawn and garden supplies, hardware, and other miscellaneous things at Roses.
The new manager is very friendly, and they have sped up the check-out process, and done many upgrades in the store. Some item prices are untouchable by Roses competitors.
I have to say, I have purchased many brand new items from Roses, that are even cheaper than Goodwill.
In closing, every store along with Amazon has there rightful place, but for me, Roses is my place! Roses, the store to shop, and the place to be!!!”
“The clerk at the register was a true young gentleman. He had long hair and was so professional and nice! I'm so sorry I didn't get his name. I'm sure his job is unpleasant at times and he deserves a big thanks. I went into this DG for 3 things but left with about 10 items! I'm fairly new to the area and had never been to that particular store. I certainly will go back. Thank you.”
“Tonight when I was in the store around 7:30 pm the brown skin young lady working the front greeted me was very polite and nice she also was very patient while I went and got a drink out the cooler while she was ringing my items up. I even told her I was highly satisfied. I wished I would've being paying attention to her name tag I would've put her name. Today is 10-12-25?”

“Since they have employed a new manager and did a complete new layout of the store, I do not mind shopping in this store. The staff is always helpful, courteous and friendly. Rarely do you see the isles packed with stock waiting to be put on the shelves (like the other DG). The store is always clean.”

“This location ALWAYS has friendly staff working. Whatever manager does the hiring, they need a raise or promotion, they have a knack for hiring friendly staff. That is awesome with hiring customer facing staff.
Aside from the wonderful staff, this store is always clean and tidy, very easy to shop.
I realize store layouts and selection vary, but I often find myself disappointed when visiting other Dollar Tree's because their selection is never quite the same as this location. You guys have me spoiled and I like it.
This location always has a wait time for the register but that's because it is always frequented by a lot of customers, not much you guys can do about that (I work retail so I understand budgeting, etc)
This store always has a great look and feel and the staff align with the hometown feel that High Point has, keep it up!!!”
“You need to fire Bobbie(the 60+ year old lady) all she does is yell, and God forbid you try bringing a movie back that didn't have the DVD inside of it. Yelled at my husband saying there's nothing she could do unless he looked through all the movies to find that exact movie. Literally only yelling that at him, all the other customers in the store could hear her yelling, they were all shaking their heads and even seen a nice man worker was saying that wasnt right for her to do that. After me and him looked through the one big spot of movies we couldn't find it. So he had to go tell the woman and a different NICE worker woman helped us try to find it, but we couldn't so she told us to just get another movie with the same price. She also found a whole lot of movies that didn't have the DVD in it. She also yelled at an elderly woman for buying a carton of cigarettes WHICH the Bobbie woman scanned 10 packs of cigarettes which is more expensive than the carton, that woman also got a can of beans but she forgot them. And Bobbie said "well if these beans were important they'd come and get them." My mother took the bag out to the elderly woman and she said thank you this was my mother's day food. Fire Bobbie or you're going to lose a lot of customers. All the other workers are completely wonderful, but this woman is making people lose money and embarrassing them.”

“This store is very close to my house. Today after church I dropped in to grab a 6 pk of Pepsi and I noticed there were on sale @4 for $13. I get up to the register and they range up $5.25 each. The cashier went and check the signage the. She got Amanda. Amanda went and pulled the sale stickers down and walked back over and explained that the sale went off yesterday. I mentioned that since signage was still posted I should get that pricing. She explained that when it is a vendor sale they are not allowed to override it. She then found a digital coupon on the DG app for 3 for $13. Which obviously wasn’t near as good as what was posted but I was getting irritated so I just agreed to get 3 -6packs. Amanda was having to undo what was rung up and manually go in and it was taking quite some time and I was honestly just ready to get home so I did apologize to her since I also work with customers and I am honestly a good person. I do know we can not explain to customers like they should understand behind the scenes what goes on with stores and their vendors but I also know that Amanda was honestly trying to satisfy me while there was a line forming behind me. She had someone else begin to check out the other customers while she continued to figure out the total for my order. When she was finally done I was getting my 3-6packs and telling her that again I apologize for being short with her when she insisted that I take the 4th 6-pk. I told her that I didn’t want to take it because I didn’t want her to get in trouble. She re assured me that she was working on getting me the price advertised when I first walked in the whole time. She went over and beyond and although I wasn’t happy to begin with I was when I walked out of the store in Kernersville NC located in N. Main Street!!”
“Would have been a lot better if workers rent constantly following me around the store if I was going
to steal something I crossed everything else off my shopping list and went ahead and bought my stuff and left because I felt like I was being judged or treated like I was going to steal something and I was highly offended by that”
“Very convenient location for me. The store needs more staff on hand to keep the store more organized so that you can actually go through and find what you need and get on your way. There's always stock sitting around to be put up, always!”
