“Stopped in with a few friends over the weekend. The store is very clean and well organized. I was very impressed with the staff and the Manager, who were all very helpful and incredibly pleasant. But beware; even though the decor items are well priced, you will probably blow your budget and walk out with WAY too many bags!😂”

“I used to be a little disappointed in this store because they always had the bare minimum on the shelves and racks but the last few times I've been in there, Christmas holiday, they have been pretty stocked. There has been options and plenty to choose from. Prices are reasonable and no issue with the workers.”

“I swore off dollar tree a long time ago, due to the obvious, dirty store and horrible staff however I am here to report GREAT NEWS!! The store is the MOST IMMACULATE dollar tree I have ever set foot in, ALL of the managers were more than helpful and supportive while I was in there…It honestly felt like a “home away from home”! Just on the way I was acknowledged and treated. If ANYONE needs a dollar tree go to the one in Southwood square on south main in highpoint nc!!!! I will be coming back ONLY TO THIS STORE!! No I don’t live close”

They didn't mind helping us to find items! If a price was missing, they would help us find out the price! They were always friendly! They had most of the products that I was looking for! The prices were very reasonable! The store was very organized! It was a very relaxing atmosphere! I will definitely go back!”

“Amazing customer service from Damien Cs and Tanya SM.. as I am reading the reviews. I’m amazed because this is probably my second time coming in this store and I have received nothing but great customer service from the staff. I asked for help and 9 times out of 10 I’m led to the aisle even when I tell them just tell me the aisle and I’ll find it so I don’t hold them up or stop them from their job. Usually the store is somewhat organized but on truck days we all have to understand there’s gonna be U-boats out. I work in Retail. Everywhere in retail we as customers have to have patience because it is a high turnover and SM’s do what SM’s can do to work with what they have to work with. I will always choose this location because of the service I receive each time I come. Thank you, thank you thank you and kudos. You’re doing a wonderful job there and I love coming in there and receiving the help I get.”

“This location ALWAYS has friendly staff working. Whatever manager does the hiring, they need a raise or promotion, they have a knack for hiring friendly staff. That is awesome with hiring customer facing staff. Aside from the wonderful staff, this store is always clean and tidy, very easy to shop. I realize store layouts and selection vary, but I often find myself disappointed when visiting other Dollar Tree's because their selection is never quite the same as this location. You guys have me spoiled and I like it. This location always has a wait time for the register but that's because it is always frequented by a lot of customers, not much you guys can do about that (I work retail so I understand budgeting, etc) This store always has a great look and feel and the staff align with the hometown feel that High Point has, keep it up!!!”

“Would have been a lot better if workers rent constantly following me around the store if I was going to steal something I crossed everything else off my shopping list and went ahead and bought my stuff and left because I felt like I was being judged or treated like I was going to steal something and I was highly offended by that”
