I stopped at Northern Tool and they didn’t have it either. However, Sol in customer service helped me find one on Amazon (that didn’t show up in my own search) that I could get delivered the next day. Sol saved my bacon! I was on a mission to obtain an adjustable workbench ( sturdier and cheaper than a sit/ stand desk) for my home office. As I searched the toolbox area, Amy made eye contact and immediately came to my rescue. She started by asking if I needed assistance and continued to show interest in my search. “Fantastic Tractor Supply. The gentlemen working on this Christmas Eve were very friendly and didn't seem to mind working the day before Christmas. Store is nicely laid out and organized. Some of the aisles are very narrow, be a tight squeeze with a buggy. Large selection for the most part. The clothing section was a little bare and needing to be restocked.”

“My brother and I came in looking for doorbell chime and it wasn't were it was specified online. Unfortunately the first few people we asked for were busy...changing shelves or something? Luckily Allan (I might be spelling it wrong) came to the rescue and got us in and out wicked fast. They were in a different location but that's on the website not the workers here. Will definitely pick HD in lieu of Lowe's (which no employees came to assist us when we tried there first) for my next purchase”

Today 11/29/2023 I spoke with Dona on the phone she advised me they had a new bar and chain for my STIHL chainsaw in stock! (That I have been looking for)I purchased it, later that afternoon I went back because STIHL NOT anyone at STI had the chain part wrong! I spoke with Greg, Preston, Dona(who remembered my name 5 hours later), and two other employees (technicians sorry I forgot your names). Everyone in this store was so willing to help try and solve this manufacturers issue!
