“First if I could give them 10 stars I would! I am an average homeowner not the usual professional tree, or lawn company. Today 11/29/2023 I spoke with Dona on the phone she advised me they had a new bar and chain for my STIHL chainsaw in stock! (That I have been looking for)I purchased it, later that afternoon I went back because STIHL NOT anyone at STI had the chain part wrong! I spoke with Greg, Preston, Dona(who remembered my name 5 hours later), and two other employees (technicians sorry I forgot your names). Everyone in this store was so willing to help try and solve this manufacturers issue! After about an hour STI brilliant staff was able to figure out the part issue (bar/chain)..Thank you guys so much!You guys have a customer for life.Joe”

God bless em. I am a tool junkie and I have snap on matco and yes even Pittsburgh tools. If it's something I'm not going to use every day then it just makes good sense to buy it cheap. Let's face it . You get what you pay for. I don't expect a tool that costs 75 percent less to be 75 percent better . For me it's like a brothel. So many fine things to use. What do I need today. “First time at this Tractor Supply. I needed to get some more deer corn. I was welcomed when I walked in. As I was walking through the store, other staff greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Huge shout-out to Melinni. Terrence and Ramsey! They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! The store was very clean! Very easy to get to the store from I-40. I had a great experience here. I highly recommend this Tractor Supply. They have a lot of nice merchandise!”

“I could not get my gas fireplace to work at the most in opportune with the impending snow storm to hit the Triad area this weekend. I need it to keep me warm in case I lose electricity. I called all over Greensboro to have my fireplace serviced to no avail.
I contacted Edward and Mills and they asked me to send them photos of my fireplace. Well, George texted me back with what I had to do to get my fireplace operable. No appointment necessary. Apparently, I just didn’t know how to light it and George from Edward and Mills taught me how to do it ahead of the storm. Thank you!”

“I've rented a large variety of tools and equipment from this location over the years with no issues. Even had to bring a tool back that stopped working during my rental period and my rental fee was 100% refunded. However, knocking one star off due to an experience today. Let's just say, if you want to rent a flatbed truck, do not let them know you plan on towing with it. They won't let you rent it. Really tough to find a rental pickup to do a short distance local tow and this seemed like the best option until I told them this. Lesson learned, no small talk next time. Just get the keys and head out the door.”

“I have two of their Liberty 712 hose reels. It is an outstanding product, and the only hose reel I have tried that has lasted this long (7 years and going strong). They both work just as well as when I bought them. However, I accidentally broke a component on one reel. I called to see if they offered that replacement part. Megan (apologies if I have an incorrect spelling) who answered the phone was VERY knowledgeable about their products. She was also very courteous. We talked through the options for repairs, and she knew the details of product design and assembly. It was a breath of fresh air to have a company rep answer the phone with that level of knowledge. She saved me grief and money. When one reel sprung a leak, I was able to buy an inexpensive O-ring and snap-ring replacement package. I love that this product is assembled in a way that I can maintain it when needed - that seems rare these days. Thanks!”

“Timing 7:30am to 4:30pm don’t show up before 7:30am they start unloading when the area is clear around 9am you can see in the picture. You have to park on dock 1 which is blind back and i got unloaded in 20 minutes.”
“I installed Franklin Brass VOI35-MB wall hooks in the mud room of houses we built and some of the socket screws came with the package are way too long. I emailed the company and the very next day they shipped a pack of shorter ones to me. I am very pleased with them as a new home builder. The wall hooks are very solid and modern looking.”
“Needed to return an online order of solar lights due to damage during shipping because there was no packing material. The customer service women at the High Point store were very pleasant & apologetic. Everyone in that store was very friendly & helpful. Will definitely be shopping here again since that has not been my experience at the Greensboro store on Wendover where I usually go.”

“Wanted to give a current review. I went in to rent a bush hog. Bill helped me load it, and checked me out. The bushhog worked great, cleared 2 acres in 4 hours. The throttle wasn't working exactly as it should so it wouldn't reverse, so took a little extra manpower.The young gentleman who checked the tool back in was quick, and kind.I will definitely be using this tool rental again”
