“Having car problems is annoying and so is paying for them. Derrick specifically was amazing although I appreciate all the work that was done on my car. We would have had to wait until the next day for our parts to get delivered to the store. Heavily relying on my vehicle to do what needed to be taken care of, he took time out of his day to go get my parts personally & had my car ready by the end of close. He was thorough in explaining the problems with my car & even gave me payment options to consider. Thank you for your patience Derrick and all of the hard work from the whole team.”

“I recently made the drive up to Charlotte to buy a Greentech high capacity battery for my 2009 Prius and I love it. I previously purchased a refurbished battery from a different supplier and it only lasted me three years. This new battery is more powerful and I'm getting better gas mileage: 49 mpg up from 46. The warranty is for two years but I believe this battery will last far longer than the previous one. And it's less expensive as I did the install myself. It was a little tricky but Greentech and YouTube got me up and running again. I'd buy from them again for sure.”

“It may be hard for me to top the glowing reviews of the team at EuroEnvy but I'm going to try! I have a '12 M3 that I periodically take to the track and on the way to a local shop to have the oil changed and brake fluid flushed before leaving town the check engine light came on and my car went into limp mode. I was fearing the worst, and after 1.5 days the local shop didn't make progress. EuroEnvy to the rescue.
EuroEnvy had been recommended to me and I called and explained my predicament. While no promises were made, I was given some hope that they would accept my car first thing in the morning and see if they could help. I rearranged some things, retrieved my car, and drove it to EuroEnvy arriving later that day to drop it off in case that would help the time crunch. Several of the team were in the office and as I began to describe everything in detail it was soon clear that I was talking to people who not only were extremely knowledgeable but also caring. They listened! At a BMW repair shop! Even asked me questions and documented my answers in detail!
I left the car and the office with a feeling that I had found people I could trust, who understood the entire situation, and might be able to pull off a miracle and help me out. Things only got better from there. I received a detailed diagnosis and recommendations in writing that same day! I was able to approve the work from my phone and Shannon stayed in contact regarding progress as it unfolded in the morning. Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed, and several shortcomings from work done elsewhere were found and corrected. The car was meaningfully test driven to ensure all was well and I was off to my track day which was a total success. Just as important is that I found incredible people at EuroEnvy - honest, extremely skilled, fair, trustworthy.
Thank you Shannon, Tom, Ben, and team! I would give even more stars if I could because you deserve it. I only wish I had found you earlier and will be telling everyone I know with a BMW or Mini about my experience!”
“I've been coming to Subaru of Concord for the past 8 years with 3 different cars; two of which were the new Ascents!
The trade in process for both my 2011 Legacy (108k miles) and 2019 Ascent (59k) were very streamline and I felt very well taken care of.
When I traded the 2019 for the 2021 model, I had no intentions of trading this one (though tempted with the '24 one!)
Over this labor day weekend Subaru has gone above and beyond all around from the customer service with Jordan (my advisor) to the techs that worked double time to fill a huge maintenance request (with add-ons) to Jason (service manager).
I am happy to say that even though I'm there often enough to be known by name (?) they always go above and beyond to take care of not only me but my "baby" as well.
I highly recommend coming to them if you ever have a buying or maintenance need. You won't be disappointed!!”
