“MobilityWorks was wonderful from start to finish. We were taking a trip from NC to FL to bring my husband to Universals Epic Universe for his 49th birthday thru Team Gleason and ALS Ride for Life. We had a lot of special needs as this was my husbands first trip and time outside of the house since becoming a quadriplegic, trach/vent almost a year ago. I was very nervous and had a lot of questions but Victoria and Kate held my hand and made sure I was comfortable with everything from the wheelchair fitting in the van to getting the wheelchair strapped in. Victoria was great with us on the rental arrangements and getting our insurance verified for all drivers. Kate was truly amazing, they delivered the van to us, she thoroughly trained me on everything until I felt confident, even took the front seat out for us when I asked to see which way was best for us in taking such a long trip. I appreciate Kate more than words can say. Thank you for having such a rock star team to work with. We will be using them going forward for our local renting needs and maybe another trip for my husbands 50th next year.”
“I’ve rented from this specific location several times. Always a great experience. Staff is always willing to help. I honestly prefer this location to the actual FBO location. Just a better service all the way around.”

“John (Manager) Hertz Concord saved the day!!!!
I reserved a vehicle online for Hertz N Tryon location on June 15 for pickup on July 23. I come at 9am to pick up vehicle and was told no car is available and that I would have to wait for a car to be returned or go to another location. Without assistance from HERTZ N Tryon to resolve issue I called Hertz Concord and explained situation. John (Manger) Hertz Concord immediately saw my reservation and told me that he has a car ready for me to pick up right now. Thank you John for de-escalating an issue that could have been prevented.”

“Prices are WAY lower than Enterprise. Their cars are a nice selection. I used Enterprise for years because they were affiliated with Allegiant. Once I compared prices, when Enterprise claimed that they had no cars available, Avis was hundreds less. AVIS all the way!!!”

“Enterprise Saved the Day!!
I was traveling for a funeral and originally had my reservation with Avis and had difficulty with getting my reservation completed even though it was secured ahead of time online. Very frustrated I went over to Enterprise and spoke to Jonathan Elmore who was working at the kiosk and he provided excellent customer service and helped me out with my situation. I will now be a loyal Enterprise customer when I need to rent a vehicle.”
