“Seamless rental process from start to finish. Excellent about giving me a ride to and from where I needed to be. VERY clean vehicles and easy exchange for the first one where the wipers streaked on the driver's side. Responsive and respectful employees who actually answered the phone unlike the Huntersville office. I will definitely recommend Enterprise in Mooresville to anyone needing a rental. Shoutout to Cheyenne who showed me were everything was on the vehicle and how to work the seat and mirrors for optimal comfort. Kris was professional as well. “I had to get a rental because my car got totaled. Being in this situation is not fun and is very stressful. I had to go through the other person’s insurance company which wasn’t easy because I had a hard time reaching them which made everything worse but thankfully renting a car here was the opposite of an added stressor!
I ended up getting a brand new car to drive while I worked on finding a car within my budget and doing all of the other things when you’re involved in a situation like this. Getting to drive a fancy car when you’re used to one that’s 20 years old was a definite silver lining throughout this mess I was in!
Everyone there was super nice, personable, and extremely helpful and understanding as I jumped through all the hoops with insurance. They called me every few days to check in which I personally loved and very much appreciated! I’m not sure if this is typical or if they were just doing that because they knew the situation I was in. Either way, it was very appreciated!
The renting process itself was super easy, both picking up and dropping off. When I dropped the car off, I ended up just having a conversation with the people who worked there and they seemed genuinely excited for me when I told them I found a car I really liked within my budget!
Hopefully I won’t be in another collision any time soon, but if I do and I have a choice of where to get a rental car or if I just need one in general then I will definitely come back here - to this location specifically.

I was traveling for a funeral and originally had my reservation with Avis and had difficulty with getting my reservation completed even though it was secured ahead of time online. Very frustrated I went over to Enterprise and spoke to Jonathan Elmore who was working at the kiosk and he provided excellent customer service and helped me out with my situation. I will now be a loyal Enterprise customer when I need to rent a vehicle.”

“I was involved in an automobile accident and needed a car immediately. I had only few choices at the time so I took it. Next day after I made my claim, Hamilton, Manager, helped me get my discount through my insurance company. I had to pay out of pocket so Hamilton made extra effort to get my claim number and offer a discounted rate. So thankful for the staff in Cornelius. Everyone there has been so amazing.
