“Good prices on gas if you use your discount card. There is a sign on the pump that says fastet pumps in town but they lie. They are as average to slow. There is a number to call for comments but after waiting for the slow pump to finish, who has time?”
“This place is great! They have a great Deli, Bakery, Produce section, and the prices make shopping a little less painful. I save enough per year in gas discounts alone to pay for the membership fee.The nice thing is that even being a warehouse store, you don't have to buy in HUGE bulk like Costco. The sizes are bigger than the average grocery store, but not so massive that you can't finish the product before it expires.”

“I buy Mobil's gas most often. This is one of my favorite stations. It's well-lit and clean. Also, the pumps have paper most times to print receipts. (I do not like having to enter the store just to get a receipt.)”

“I don’t often frequent convenience stores, but when I do, I prefer 7-Eleven over other stores because they’re typically kept clean and the service is friendly. I also find that it seems easier to find what I need there than at the competition. Plus, they have a rewards program that seems to be more rewarding than others.
This particular location of 7-Eleven is my favorite. The staff is amazing! They’re always helpful, super friendly, and seem to really care about their customers. Tammy, Joyce & DJ is one of my favorite people. She's always up for a chat or for listening to a story. Nikki is an amazing Store leader and she’s never not looking to help. This store is clean and well-stocked, and the staff always seems to know just when I want a drink.”

“I'm normally not big on leaving reviews. Which, I suppose is a bit hypocritical, being that I use them all the time, when feeling out a particular place/product that I'm thinking about checking out. So when I do leave them it's because either, something has gone terribly wrong or that there was an, above & beyond expectations scenario.
So I think I've been to this location, one other time, a few years ago. I'm assuming everything was fine, but nothing sticks out, one way or the other. Me experience in the store, this past Tuesday, however, was very much the opposite. Had nothing to do with the store itself, though. So pay attention, here, Speedway lol. I won't get into all the specifics (this review is already long winded enough, as is) but my situation was a perfect gauge for, sort of, establishing where, on a spectrum, representative of how great or not, an employee is. One where a customer could become quite a handful &/or an employee could very easily lose their cool. And if we're calling this situation, a test, well, Andre, passed with flying colors. He stood firm on store policy. And while there was clearly a boundary lined out, he was super cool, collected and respectful about it. In the end, he found a solution for me. Regardless, I would still be here, writing this review, because Andre honestly epitomizes what an idea employee looks like. Any and every business can only hope to luck into finding help like him. He's well spoken, polite, friendly and professional. I actually went out of my way, delaying my job, to turn around so I could run back in, to catch his name. I told him why & he seemed genuinely honored. The pleasure was all mine, brother. I was blown away when he told me he'd only been there a few days (4, if I recall correctly) because it def felt to me that he absolutely had that place and running it, on lock, as though he were a long term, seasoned employee.
I'm only in Concord once a month, but I'll def be stopping in there, if he's around. Hope to see him when I come back, which I believe, will be, Dec. 16th.
Bravo, Speedway,.you landed yourself a gem of an employee, by hiring Andre. I truly hope he'll get the praise he deserves, after they read my review. Do all you can to hang onto that one. Top shelf, for sure.”

“Always great customer service, but there's this new 'kid', that just needs a bit more training, shall I say. The visit wasn't as smooth and convenient as usual. Understandably, he's new, but to not know the basic knowledge of operating the register to allow me to pre pump gas and come back and pay, (as I often do at Murphy's), was just a bit frustrating and time consuming.”

“I payed $45.00 for gas my car couldn't take that much I ran inside she said it would go back to my debit card after a few days it didn't , I called The manager to see what to do, he was Very kind and helpful, he didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. I went back & told him I'd rather just put the money back in the car & he did that quickly. This is the kind of customer service Many more places need... ty for your help, I can't remember your name but ty...”

“This BP on Church Street North in Concord was a seamless, hassle-free pump-and-go stop. The card reader at the pump worked instantly, and the display clearly showed the pricing for my fuel tier. The property and lot were clean, it was easy to maneuver around the pumps, and getting back out onto Church Street North was quick and effortless. Exactly what you want out of a quick gas run.”

“Genuinely a great place. All the negativity here seems like people just being complicated. Not every gas station is beaver friendly. The food that is served is really good, they have the normal amount of selection for soda, beer, and snacks that any normal person could assume would be at a gas station. The no touch car wash is amazing and cheaper then the washes that beat the snot out of your vehicle. I have never had an issue with any of the staff, they have all been great to date. Shell gas is one of the best brands you can put in your vehicle, all grades, so if I have to wait an extra 20 to 40 seconds for a full tank, walk inside, or even pay another 4 pennys on the gallon so be it.”

“Great job Google car, another nonsense place to leave a five star review and get points towards the next badge / local guide level. Might as well make this review a long one for the bonus points!!!! ? At least there's a Harris Teeter in the background, the road area and landscaping looks in good condition. Of course anytime you come to crossroads, you have to make a decision on the direction to go forward. The parking lot was clean and easy to navigate.”
