“Staff were very nice and when the line got long, they opened more registers. Loss prevention checks receipts but the people at the registers let you know to keep your receipt out for that reason. Loss prevention even put my cart away (as they have security tags on them).”
“I always have a pleasant experience when I shop at this particular Dollar Tree. Last Thursday night I popped in to purchase some balloons for my daughter‘s birthday. The store was about to close in like four minutes when I ran through the door. The gentleman that helped me name is Demetrious. He was very nice. He didn’t seem to have an attitude about me coming in at the last minute and I purchashing 20 balloons that he had to blow up for me. The manager was equally as nice and she rang up my order while Demetrius prepared the balloons. They had professional and upbeat attitudes, although I’m sure they experienced a long day of retail. I really appreciate the great customer service. Demetrius went the extra mile and helped me with all of my balloons by walking me to my car so that I could get the balloons inside without any fly aways. I never see this type of customer service nowadays anymore. The pink balloons sealed the deal for my daughter’s birthday because they match her apartment perfectly.”
“Me and my Outreach team from Elevation Church in Concord shopped here a few days ago for prizes for Bingo at Coltrane Life Center. We came in with an idea of what we wanted & ended up with 2 carts & 1 hand basket for items we didn't know we wanted. We shopped for large print puzzles, word search books, journals, magnets, & many cups b/c they were on sale. We got garden supplies of all sorts, printed canvases and valentine items. We also picked up ink pens & colored markers that we attached to each canvas & books. We topped our haul with themed socks & gifts for our special gentlemen. Janet was our sales associate and she was very quick ringing each item but patient with us adding items to the counter while ensuring we had what we needed. We left feeling accomplished spending North of $150. Our haul was worth it especially watching the guest at Bingo smile while taking their time choosing their favorite prizes. We'll certainly be back & we'll be looking for more printed canvases for painting, ball caps & bucket hats for our gentlemen. Thank you Dollar Tree & Janet for putting smiles onour hearts!”

“This location can get super busy on the weekends. But they do their best ti get people checked out as fast as possible. The Assistant Manager was super helpful and so sweet to go out of her way to help me. The fitting room was clean and associates on the floor were busting their butts to clean up messes customers make.”
