“This was actually a pleasant surprise being able to stay there. Internally it had a cool theme, with things for kids to do. The hotel/resort is in close proximity to a major mall and restaurants. You may not have a good view outside your windows, the comfort and activities available in the building was spectacular. The staff was also good and the building seem to stay clean.”

“The rooms are very spacious. The bed was a little uncomfortable. It looks like there was a water leak in the wall on the other side of the shower. The room overall is big. There is a parking lot, overnight self parking fee of $8.00. You are required to have a parking permit in your dashboard, see the hotel desk when checking in. There is a restaurant on premises, with a Spa, and coffee shop; hours do vary so, check out their hours. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe here. I will definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed here May 2-5.The rooms were very clean! There was no smell, no dirt, and no real issues.Positives:-VERY clean room. The fridge, microwave, floors, bedding, surfaces and bathroom were absolutely spotless.-VERY affordable. Compared to the other hotels in the area, this was an absolute steal. We saved nearly $800-Parking was plentiful and the lot was clean-Security- I thought it was nice you could not just walk in without the keycard-Pet friendly- we did not bring an animal but we saw stickers on the doors where animals were staying. There was no noise-Polite guests- everyone we encountered in the elevator and halls were polite. There were several folks who lingered outside that may have been on harder substances, but they didn't try to engage with us-Close to the motor speed way and not far from Charlotte. There's great shopping nearby like Walmart, as well as amazing food of all kinds.-Good size television with netflix on it, we were able to sign in no issue and it's signed out after our stay.-No carpet in the room, makes for a cleaner roomNeutral/Negatives:-The elevator is slow as molasses-The halls definitely had a smoky smell, it's a non smoking hotel and they let us know there's a $250 charge for smoking but the halls on our floor smelled of cigarettes and weed. One of the rooms we passed had a propped open door and there was a bong sitting on the fridge lol I don't judge but if that bothers you, you should know-No real amenities- this didn't bother me because the price was great but you don't get little soaps, shampoos, breakfast, extra towels and we were told we had to bring our own trash to the dumpster. Some folks may not like this-The bed was on wheels. Was not a big fan of this but it probably makes it easier to mop the floors.I did do a bit of research prior to coming so we brought: towels from home, body wash, bowls, dish soap, a pot for cooking, plastic cutlery, paper plates and our own toilet paper. They do towel swap outs but we only saw front desk staff the day we checked in and the day we checked out- the front desk was locked/closed otherwise.We will return here for future stays!”

“I love staying at this hotel the front desk people was nice clean rooms clean property great parking nice swimming pools I recommend anybody to come to Charlotte to please stay here.Safety: It was good for safety because across the street Walmart have 24 hours security so if anything does to happen the 911 response team will be there quick.”
