“Edited- we had to move to another room about 11 pm when the toilet would not flush at all. The reaction from the team at the front desk was very professional and prompt- sent us to the 11th floor to a 2 bdrm suite and discounted the stay. It is clear that the rooms and the lobby area being updated, so we will be back next time we are in the area.
Great location (exactly what we needed- 2 rooms near UNCC for 1 night with breakfast). Ok room (toilet does not flush easily, side tables worn) but outdated, not what I expect from embassy suites.
Also, several employees were chatting at the front desk when we arrived- I waited 4-5 minutes for them to finish their conversation before acknowledging my family waiting to check in.”

“This is a good hotel, quite clean rooms, semi truck parking for 2 full-size tractor trailers by the big sign and plenty of room for box trucks around. and good breakfast”
“First off the waterpark is a lot of fun And will definitely make some great memories for young kids and parents. The main issue is the pricing, of course I stayed at the hotel some years ago So I looked into doing it again. $1000 for the cheapest room for one nigh after fees. That's insane for a three star hotel. Getting day passes and renting a room from a different hotel nearby was a better option for me”
