“We haven’t used Ellis for anything more than a watch repair in the past, but I cracked the base of my Engagement ring of over 32 years and nothing makes a woman more nervous than handing over her wedding ring to be repaired and not wearing it. Well when they looked at it under a microscope there was more damage than what we could see by the naked eye & it was going to take 2 weeks to repair. They not only repaired it they polished it & my wedding band. My husband left his band so he could get it cleaned & polished to. When we got them back they looked so beautiful & the diamonds just sparkled! They looked brand new. We couldn’t ask for better work. They also were kind enough to call us along the way & let us know the progress of their work. We would not hesitate to use their services again & would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Ellis Jewelers is a fantastic company that is a historic part of the Concord Community and their excellent Jewelry & Repair shows why!”
