“Talk about a stress-free mattress buy...... THIS IS IT ! My salesperson Liz, is a cut above. First, she listened before starting to make any recommendations. Therefore, because she'd listened and heard, she was able to narrow down my options before showing me anything. She willingly showcased products in 4 price points and then did something that is SO rare in this industry: she left me alone to test of my own and TO THINK. Once a decision was made, she provided no-nonsense pricing, a seamless paperwork process, a surprisingly realistic/reasonable delivery date - and did all of this in a calm, low-key manner. I appreciated her and the overall store vibe (low-key, stress-free). I don't expect anything short of excellence from here on in. I recommend simplifying your life where this purchase is concerned. Cut out a laundry list of places to go and a wasted time with exhausting sales pitches. Go here and rest well !”

“I've been with Kimball's for years I bought a lot of stuff from them I went in there last week that many fireplace heater because I was in there maybe 20 minutes all together all of them were great at the store two guys who deliver a fireplace the next day they called me ahead of time let me know what time they'll be there they were there on time two guys that delivered it was great and very nice”
