“The best halal market in the city - Ahmed in the meat section and Mahmood who manages the store are very friendly, polite and helpful people. Store is very clean and tastefully arranged. It's family owned business and they offer a variety of stuff for many ethnicity's favoring Middle Eastern and South Asian.Lamb, Goat, Chicken of course all Halal is available at reasonable price. What stands out is the quality of the meat they offer; it's cut and packaged very neatly and clean. I highly recommend the place.”

“Tried Honey Baked for the first time ever for Thanksgiving dinner and wow it was easy and delicious. Then tried the Ribs for Christmas dinner and oh my! Mouth watering fall of the bone. Meals are very affordable and worth the price!”
“It seems like it’s under new management that renovated the place and supplied variety of goods from the Middle East and North Africa, and Yemeni goods in particular. The butchery seems to be having 2 butchers now, and this makes their work faster.
I wish them more growth and excellent customer service.”

“Lowe's Foods is always a cute place that my family and I like to go when we need a few odds and ends! Even though a bit out of the way out in Harrisburg, Lowe's Foods is always staffed with the friendliest people and has great local foods. Our favorite thing to get here are the fresh Lowe's Foods hint of lime chips- my family is addicted!The items are a bit pricey, though, but the store makes up for it in it's cute ambiance and friendly staff. The beer den is also great with lots of choices and a very large selection of wine and local craft beers, which is hard to find.”

“They have a great selection of meats, many that are not as easy to find in regular supermarkets. They have many fresh items as well as frozen and custom cut meats. Pricing is the only reason that I didn't give a full 5 stars. I do not expect bargain pricing for premium product but certainly more than expected.”
