Very unprofessional,rude and the girl was talking on her phone the entire time, not helpful at all.

Staff was unhelpful and didn't want to be there!! I wish they hadn't changed their App!! I can no longer pay my bill over the phone at home or at work. However I have international, nationwide great service for $45 a month. Lat time I went to Verizon they were WAY OVERPRICED and no calls to Canada!!?
