“The young man that works here , Adil is AMAZING.I told him I had a cracked screen on my phone and also the phone would no longer charge.In less than 10 minutes he had the charging port all cleaned out using air tools, picks and tweezers and got it to work although stating and that it was damaged to a small percentage.He then pulled out several different screen tempered glass pieces off of the wall rack down the one that fit correctly and replaced it without leaving a single piece of fuzz or fingerprint on it like every other place always does.I think the price was about $25 total which I thought was beyond reasonable so I gave him a $10 tip and thanked him so much nicest person you can meet in that mall ❤️❤️❤️”

“The phone I had less than 6 months wouldn’t charge so I decided to change carriers. I went to AT&T and the service was outstanding. The two people who helped me were very friendly and knowledgeable about their job. Since my old phone was dead it was a complicated process to set up my new phone. They were patient with me and my poor knowledge on technology and treated me as if the had lots of time and I was the only customer. They were able to retrieve my photos and email addresses that Metro said they couldn’t do. I would recommend AT&T at the Harris Teeter chain mall on Concord parkway to anyone”

“The lady couldn't help me because the system was down but she was so much more respectful compared to the other boost mobile in kannapolis near family dollar. I paid my bill through the app and I have a receipt from my bank and a text from boost but they are still saying I didn't pay my bill and will not turn my phone back on. I don't know what else to do to get my money back. I someone knows please help me.”

“Went to Verizon regarding an issue with my voicemail not alerting me of phone call messages. Tech Specialist, Greg, listened attentively and began troubleshooting the issue. I learned that my VPN needed to be "off" for phone and voicemail. Greg tested the voicemail, but it still was not working properly. He called Verizon tech support, and we learned that approximately one year ago, someone had "call forwarded" my number to a number I did not recognize (wondering if/how my phone was hijacked). Verizon was not able to see who my voicemails were going to, only a local phone number. Verizon was able to confirm that the forwarding number was not a Verizon number. We were told to call *73 which "unforwarded" my voicemail. Greg, thank you for your diligence, patience, and expert assistance to resolve the issue.”

“I dropped into this location when I dropped my phone and filed an insurance claim. I got my phone delivered the next day and had to go back into the store to get help with activation. I was in and out both times in less than 20 minutes. I had an awful experience at a different location last year and didn't have high hopes but they were awesome both times. I will now be going exclusively to this location and had a positive experience!”
