“NewRez bought our mortgage a couple years ago and I've waited to write this, to see how it went. I was worried based on these reviews (and the goofy-sounding company name), but it's been fine. The website is easy to use and we've had no problems with payments, including adding extra principal. My biggest concern was making sure they paid the homeowner's insurance and property taxes. Both have been paid on time with no prompting from me. They email before paying taxes or insurance, and again after it's paid.”
