The Nike Clearance Store offers a big selection of Nike products at really good prices, with some customers finding great value and walking out with multiple items under budget. The store is described as super busy and how one would expect a clearance store to be, located in a mall. Shoppers can find a variety of items, from shoes to hats and even unexpected finds like water shoes. However, the shoe selection is noted by some to not be what it used to be, with fewer gems and prices that have gone above clearance standards for some. A key store policy is that merchandise cannot be exchanged or refunded there if purchased at another Nike store. Experiences with customer service vary significantly. While some employees are highlighted as especially awesome, friendly, upbeat, welcoming, and providing excellent customer service, other reviews describe the service as very lacking. In these cases, staff members are reported as having an attitude, being aggressive with actions and words, or not being particularly helpful on the floor.
Big selection of Nike clothes. Was the busiest store in the entire mall.

Great finds for entire family. All items are final sale.

Good prices, but the size selection was pretty disappointing. A lot of the shoes and clothes I liked weren’t available in my size. I expected a little more variety for a Nike Clearance Store.
