“I had visited Cindy's shop at the Renaissance Festival and fell in love with her shoes and accessories. Then, my lucky day appeared when she posted on Instagram she was offering classes! I hurriedly signed up for one and I am so pleased I did. I am an autistic adult, but Cindy was so kind in helping me with directions, parking and answering all my questions in such an upbeat way. We created our own little purses in her glorious and comfortable crafting space. There were several colors and customization's to choose from and Cindy was very helpful explaining what we were to do. I love the little black purse I made. I can't wait 'til her next class comes along!”

“I’m not a big fan of Concord Mills but frequently visit Sun Ski Sports at this mall. Easy in and out via their outside doors along with ease of parking at that entrance. In the past, we have bought great skis, ski boots, bike items, shoes, clothes. I’ve found their employees have great knowledge of their products and are always helpful. Literally the best sporting goods shop in Concord!”

“I've been to this Store a couple times and I never have any issues. Earlier this year I purchased some some sneakers online and then returned them at this location because they didn't fit the way I liked. On my most recent visit I was just browsing to see what they may have and they had a bomb 50% off sale going on and I seen some sneakers that I like. I have a bunch of the same style but different color schemes. 50% off $90?! Yes I will buy these $45 sneakers asap! It was pretty empty in the store and no line so I went up and purchased them and went on about my day!”

“Clean store. There is plenty to choose from and good versatility. The only downside was not having both shoes in each shoebox (we picked) to try on for proper fitting. They did not have associates on the floor. We had to go up to cashier for them to get the other.”

“I stopped in at footlocker to get my son a couple of items and I found out that they have some great pre-holiday sales going on. Whitney was the sales associate that assisted me and she was very knowledgeable of the products they had in stock, she helped me select some really nice items. I also noticed some new Adidas colors that are not even in stock at the Adidas store, so don't sleep on footlocker for the latest styles and colors!”

“This store had great customer service! I was greeted upon entry, they remembered when I called the day before to reserve a pair of boots in the size I was going to exchange for, and they made sure I was treated with the best care. The day before, I went to the Steve Madden store in the Charlotte Premium Outlets and was presented with horrible customer service and they tried to charge me full price for exchanging boots that I bought on sale online. The Concord Mills store did not charge me to exchange sizes and even offered 50% off another pair because there was currently having a BOGO 50% off sale. The employees had great customer service and were so nice! I will never go to the Premium Outlet Steve Madden store again. The Concord Mills one is highly superior.”

They made me feel like I had a BFF to shop with . Someone to bring a different size or style to the fitting room while I was still trying clothes on and they helped me feel extra confident wearing the clothes <3 They made the best out of having to stay late on a Saturday.
