She was very friendly and professional and I LOVED that I got assistance from a person that is well versed in everything dog related. I felt I was dealing with an expert and that gave me such peace of mind because I felt very lost about it all and what was right for my puppy. “I placed an online order for pick up and it got lost in transit. I stopped by the store for assistance and someone named Jennifer was very nice in helping me try to locate it. It was a mystery unfortunately. However someone named Mitchell contacted me via phone in another attempt to try to locate it for me. Turns out my order got delivered to another TS location instead of this location. They were very helpful and sincere during this ordeal. They never made me feel like a nuisance and was happy to help in any way that they could.”

“They do the best they can with that they have. There is never a good shelter for cats, I am thrilled they are trying their best to help all these cats… sick, young, healthy, old. I think the communication was as good as could be based on everything they have going on. I would love to win the lottery and help all these cats in there!!!
We adopted our man about a year ago today. He is FIV+. We learned about thsi and felt comfortable bring him home to live out the rest of his life. He is thriving! He was sick for about a month after getting him but I know he was stressed moving to a new house plus FIV+ did not help. We are so in love with him and his cat sister is finally accepting of his charm!”
“I just first want to say, this woman is the best when it comes to bunnies. I brought a bunny from another big breeder and the difference shows. Misty bunny shows that she handles hers with love and care and for my other bunny we still work on him. I just wish I could have received both from her.”
