Only reason im leaving two stars is the lady was nice. How we going to arrange re delivery and then receive nothing. Now I gotta come to the store Monday and get it

If zero was an option, it would describe their service very well. One star is definitely an overachiever grade for them.

Great service by Clerk 25! Very detailed and informative about the differences in certified mailing options. He also taped over the clasps on the mailing folders to help protect his fellow mail handlers from getting cut or pricked. Nice job, Clerk 25!
