“This place is great! They have a great Deli, Bakery, Produce section, and the prices make shopping a little less painful. I save enough per year in gas discounts alone to pay for the membership fee.The nice thing is that even being a warehouse store, you don't have to buy in HUGE bulk like Costco. The sizes are bigger than the average grocery store, but not so massive that you can't finish the product before it expires.”

“Bj's gas price beats everyone - hands down when you utilize the BJ's Mastercard - which is $.15 off/per gallon - ALWAYS. The store is clean and organized and I am so thankful to have it close by. “I bought a full set of tires at this location. Within 12 hours after they installed them, the first went flat while I was driving down the highway. I went into the tire department where it was replaced. Within 24 hours, the other 3 went flat as well. I ended up paying a 3rd party shop to figure out the issue. Turns out the original installer didn't tighten the valve stems on any of the tires.

When I called the location that installed them, I either didn't get an answer or got transfered to a call center who told me to call the location.

This place endangered my family with horrible installation. I emailed corporate with zero response, so it looks like they dont care. I gave them ample time to at least try to make this right, only to get silence.

UPDATE: The Tire and Battery department and Manager reached out as soon as I initially posted this review. Turns out the call center that I kept getting sent to never passed along any of the messages that I had left.

The manager wanted to make everything right, including giving me a $100 gift card, despite me saying that wasn't necessary. The footage of my installation was reviewed, employees were interviewed, and every effort was made to get to the bottom of the issue.

Aside from the call center you're forced to deal with if you call in, the customer service was superb when it finally landed in the right hands.”
