“I dropped my car off this past Saturday to get my back brakes and rotors replaced, and they did an amazing job! But what really topped it was, when I took my car back home after leaving the shop, I engaged my electrical parking brake and later that night I couldn't disengage it to go back out. So come to find out that they had accidentally left it in service mode. I reached out to them today and explained the entire situation, and they came out and towed my car back to the shop and took care of it!
