βOn 10/29/2025, went into that shop. The lady and gentleman were very friendly , courtesy and professional to me. Only need registration and vehicle key! There were few customers before me so it takes me 5 minutes to be done with them. It was so impressed with them! Gave them great tips! If customers go to regular shop with maintenance shop it will take a while for them to inspection (your vehicle)! This shop in/out inspection shop was amazed!! Go There!β
βBest shop in town they got my stripped lug nut off my vehicle when no other shop in town could get it off . They are super nice with great customer service will definitely be back !β

βWow, I am completely blown away by the service I received from K&M! I canβt speak to their reconstructive work, but if itβs anything like the service I received you wonβt be disappointed. I really am astounded at how much guidance they happily provided during this frustrating and confusing journey. From receiving my vehicle all the way through to it being considered a total loss by insurance I felt like they were more of a consultant than a collision shop . Lisa was especially great, though the rest of the staff that interacted with also seemed top notch. Thank you K&M. I hope to never need your services again, but if I do I know where to go.β

βSomeone backed into my car about 2 weeks ago, so I took it to be repaired at Everett Collision Center. I mainly dealt with Cheryl & Tim, and they were both great! They answered all of my questions, we cut up and had great interactions all around. I just picked up my car today and it looks good as new! I would definitely recommend Everett Collision Center not only for the great work they do, but especially if you’re lucky enough to do work with those two!

βI had moved to NC from Florida with my Toyota sienna that I had bought and my van needed services and I brought it to Mike Johnson's in hickory well we had thought that the services would be covered but we were wrong so after they were done with doing a oil change and a tire rotation it was going to cost $102 and we just didn't have it like I said we thought it would be covered and then a sweet man named Steven watts the service manager said Merry christmas and covered it for us he has no idea what he truly did for us and how much of a blessing that was to us this time of year we literally just paid our car note that day and had no money left over so thank you again so much Steven I will never forget the kindness you showed us that day β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈβ
βI stopped in because my spare tire wasnβt mounted on the back of my Jeep and I physically couldnβt lift it myself. I had also been told I might need a conversion kit, so I wasnβt even sure if it could be installed.
The guys there immediately took care of it for me, checked everything, and put the spare on without any problem and as it turns out I didnβt even need the kit. They were so kind, professional, and helpful the entire time. What really stood out was that they didnβt charge me anything even when I offered to pay them. They just helped me because they could. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare. Huge thank you to Matt and the rest of the team. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs tire workβ

Oil. I had hit a deer a few months again and they noticed wear on the inside of the front tires. They let me know the importance of getting at least two new tires and getting an alignment. I made an appointment and they took care of it immediately. They are the best.β

βA while back, I had a 00 Honda Civic get a full engine replacement here after I blew the first engine up. Not a single flaw - although I had a bit of a coolant leak, took it back, it was just a loose screw band hose clamp, they tightened it down for me free of charge and completely solved it.β

βI've been in the Hickory area for a couple years and have used Hughes for several things based on a local recommendation. Oil changes, rotations, inspections, TPMS replacements. You'll never have any unnecessary repair recommendations. No alignments, but he does refer to a different local shop.
From my perspective about cost, not even a close competition with dealer service.β
β10/10 recommend Iβm so happy with the parts I revived. Got the spoiler on the car they also did side skirts Iβll add those when there on. Couldnβt ask for a better match. Will definitely be back soon to take care of some fading on my mirrors.β

All of the ladies that take care of the paperwork do such a terrific job and they perform that duty with professionalism, knowledge, compassion and wonderful customer service. Their certified repair team does excellent body work and are top-notch. They repaired my 2025 Toyota RAV4 according to manufacturing specs and I am well pleased with the awesome job they done. βThe experience was absolutely awesome. This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from Amber my first New vehicle out of the three. She wasnβt pushy like many dealerships are she lets you pick what you are interested in and is very knowledgeable of her products . The experience was just easy as can be from the time we picked out a vehicle, test drive to finance, It was a little over an hour and a half. It went very fast and was fluid the finance manager Karrie had the paperwork ready to go and explained everything that we signed and all my questions that I asked was answered immediately she knows her product as well. There was one hiccup, though it was not caused by Paramount Hyundai at all, but my insurance company miss quoted my insurance premium by a huge amount and informed me of this an hour after signing I was gonna put my daughter on the loan. If I kept her on the loan my insurance was gonna make it not affordable to keep. So I contacted Amber and immediately she and Karrie calmed me down told me it was no problem that we could resign the papers it was not a problem at all they both put the very stressful moment at ease quickly as well. I made an appointment for the next morning Saturday about 9:30 AM to re-sign and complete the purchase process. Saturday morning Karrie Had everything ready to go she was actually waiting on me, I signed all the paperwork and was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes easiest car buying experience that I could Imagine-friendly professional So if you donβt feel like spending all day going back-and-forth and wasting your time, I recommend Paramount Hyundai highly.β

βJust purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback from Dean Bradshaw. Dean was awesome to work with and the finance manager Mike Powell made the buying process super easy. Iβve purchased a few used cars from other dealerships in the Hickory area over the past few years and these folks have it figured out. They were not pushy at all with warranty sales, they did not try to sneak in a βsnake oilβ car clean/coating package, and the car was priced very well compared to other dealerships with similar equipped vehicles. Very positive experience and I wouldnβt hesitate to purchase with them again.β
βMackeys was great when I hit a deer. My car was completely decimated in the accident and Mackey was quick to help me out. Looks brand new. They were very easy to work with and helpful.β
βThe staff at this store is awesome. They are my go-to for anything tire related. Teresa, Sam, David—-all are helpful and friendly. If you call and happen to get the awful call center, make sure to specifically request this store. I got transferred to two other stores without any input. Navigating the call center is not much good.β
