βI had my Porsche Cayenne SE Hybrid towed into K & M Collision about July 1 after a deer collision. Car was not totaled but had substantial damage. I picked up the car today and it looks perfect and is performing as it should. I am happy and K & M did an excellent job.β

βSomeone backed into my car about 2 weeks ago, so I took it to be repaired at Everett Collision Center. I mainly dealt with Cheryl & Tim, and they were both great! They answered all of my questions, we cut up and had great interactions all around. I just picked up my car today and it looks good as new! I would definitely recommend Everett Collision Center not only for the great work they do, but especially if you’re lucky enough to do work with those two!

βThis was my first time with Master Tech Auto and I had excellent experience with repairing my BMW.My first interaction was by phone with April, she was very kind and friendly and answered all my questions regarding their business and a car repair. Straightforward fair pricing, just for the work that needs to be done. No upsell, just opposite, the mechanic called me and suggested that I do not need to replace the fluid pump, only gasket/grommet and that it will cost a lot less. It is nice to know that there are honest people that are not to get whatever they can from consumers. Will definitely use Master Tech Auto to take care of my beemers. Thank you .β

βMavis is 10/10 the place to go for ANY of your vehicle needs. They will make sure you are taken care of 100%. You will walk away feeling safe and secure in knowing your vehicle has been taken care of well. They tend to their customers and will check out any issues you may be having. They will give you HONEST feedback and not try to take you for your money. This location specifically has been so good to my family and I anytime we have had tires changed, oil change, etc. It is always FAST as possible. They have a small play area for children, that alone means a lot to us as I have a 3 year old daughter that can be a lot to handle. Come here for any of your vehicle needs and they will take good care of you.β

They have been an awesome shop to work with I have had the hardest time working with my claim adjuster with Farm bureau. But that is a story for a different time. Andrew the manager worked diligently with my insurance company to get everything paid up and my car taken care of so I could get my beloved car back. I would highly recommend them a million times over if you need bodywork done to your vehicle especially if it’s a Honda.β

βI've been in the Hickory area for a couple years and have used Hughes for several things based on a local recommendation. Oil changes, rotations, inspections, TPMS replacements. You'll never have any unnecessary repair recommendations. No alignments, but he does refer to a different local shop.
From my perspective about cost, not even a close competition with dealer service.β
βBefore going to the dealership I called and was set up with Jordan Mooneyham on the phone. 1st. off, right away he listened to what my concerns were & what my families needs were. Less than an hour later, I ended up at the dealership & Jordan met me at the door. He took his time and was extremely patient showing myself and my one & half year old daughter around. He showed me options to stay within my budget, or at least a payment I could live with. I ended up driving off the lot with my Toyota Rav4! I am very happy with the experience I had today. They ended up giving me more for my trade in than Carmax offered and this dealership has more options when it came to who would/could finance my new car. It also helped they have a play area for small children, we were there for several hours (like you would be with any car dealership you go to) but not one time did my daughter get bored. Helps they have a small cafe inside. All in all, read these reviews but in the end, go visit this dealership and make your own decision. Don't let someone else's experience stop you from what could possibly be a great experience for you. I explored other dealerships but I ended up with the best deal at Mike Johnson's in Hickory. UPDATE:
Here it is 2021 and I am buying another car at Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota. My experience today went just as great if not better than the first. Even though I have been thinking about trading my Rav 4 in for a newer model, I didn't plan on doing it today. I just went on a whim to look around.
Norm was excellent, very laid back. He showed me around and after narrowing it down to two Rav 4's Justin stepped in and started crunching numbers. I left there with a brand new 2021 Premium Rav 4. Norm and Justin did an awesome job. I couldn't be happier.
Ladies, don't ever worry about coming here alone. They will respect you and do their best to make things work.

Life changes and sometimes you go with the flow. I wanted something a bit smaller than the Rav 4 and something with a sporty look.
Today I traded my Rav 4 for a 2026 Corolla Cross! Thanks to the kindness and patience of Pat. Another staff member who took the time to listen to what my needs were. I can't imagine this experience without her patience and it is so much appreciated.
Ladies, do not waste your time at other dealerships. Mike Johnson will do their very best to get you the car you want and at a price you're comfortable with.
I did go to another dealership in Gastonia who would not work with me because of my credit. Made me feel like it was impossible.
But Mike Johnson took the time to actually hear me today and I could not be happier.β

βVery pleased with what they did for me. My truck had a recall for peeling painting and they did a great job with it. They tried to paint as much of the truck as they could and even did my door handles for free when I was supposed to pay. Thanks again!!β

βJustin has been maintaining my Volkswagen diesels for years, and he is the absolute best! I recently moved from NC ➡ TX and still bring my Touareg TDI to his shop for oil changes and maintenance when I’m in town because there isn’t a better mechanic to be found anywhere. 10/10 recommend.β

If you call and happen to get the awful call center, make sure to specifically request this store. I got transferred to two other stores without any input. Navigating the call center is not much good.β
