I visited White Tire/Newton,NC on October 27th. The tire technicians diagnosed the problem, and included me in the decision making process. Then they gave me three quality tire products to choose from. I was very pleased to have a team of good people who were professional, friendly, and mannerly. “Came from Asheville as they had a set of tires I wanted for my jeep. Held the tires for me over the weekend until I could get down the mountain to them. Got me in for a mount and balance and install with 0 wait time, the guys in the shop were very fast, friendly, and accommodating as I initially misheard the original quote for the set. They were willing to work with what I had as they didn't want me driving off with dry rotted tires on a new-ish vehicle. Would highly recommend even to those that don't live in Hickory. Worth the 1hr 30min drive down and would do it again.”
