She was friendly and even told me there was a nail in my tire! I had the tire replaced, wipers replaced, brakes replaced, and it was still the best deal in town! She was so courteous and receptive and helped me understand my options. Not every place does that. She didn’t try to rip me off, just inform me of how to be safe and get what I needed. “I had the Mallett Supercharger and full exhaust system installed on my 2017 Chevy Colorado ZR2. Holy Cow! I love the performance, the installation was performed expertly, and the kit is extremely well designed. I am a finicky person; you might say I'm a perfectionist at heart. The Mallett Supercharger kit satisfies in every way. It looks stock; it's not a cobbled-together kit. It is a system from top to bottom. Even the bolts all match in color. I thought no one else but me looks at stuff like that. In terms of performance, who wouldn't want "better than V8" performance in a small, lightweight truck with a supercharged V6? As a side note, my fuel economy remained exactly the same at 16.5 MPG comparing before and after supercharger installation; the only difference is that now I get there faster. Chuck Mallett is a genius and a gentleman, and is always available to answer a question. Don't hesitate. If you want anything from him, you know it'll be done right.Service: Exhaust”

“Have been taking my WRX there for a while now. They know their stuff. Never had an issue with them and they always charge a fair price. It’s really hard to find anyone in Charlotte who knows how to work on a Subaru but these guys do a great job and have never upsold me something I didn’t need. “The guys at Jiffy Lube were great! I had my car inspected last week! They have an air conditioned lobby/waiting area, with lots of seating and complementary water, which was absolutely wonderful because it was scorching hot that day. There’s a restroom, and a very nice, somewhat private/fenced area outside, with a bench for you to set on. They did tell me ahead of time it would take just a little bit for them to get my car in, however the wait didn’t take as long as i thought it would be!! The pricing was VERY reasonable, the service was fast, and everyone there was very respectful! I’d definitely recommend!”
