“Took my truck in to have my moon roof looked at, price quote was way over what I wanted to spend to have it fixed. This is the 3rd time it has been broke. Not the mechanics fault but bad design by Ford. After charging me to repair the leak, brought my vehicle home and noticed that it was not sealed and talked to Chris, it was decided that I should bring it back and have them fix it. The techs looked at it again, this time they said the seals were also bad and that they also needed to be replaced, adding more to the initial cost. After asking why this wasn’t mentioned before when they charged me to make adjustments and get it to seal but not work, because I did not want to pay to have the motor and track replaced for the third time, they have decided to refund me the money from the initial repair or credit me the cost and discount for the big repair. I opted for the refund.
I would recommend buying from this dealership, this is where I purchased my truck from and I am happy with my truck but I would not recommend having the service technicians working on my vehicles.”

“I take all of my cars for an alignment here! Highly recommend, good guys and honest shop! I came in for an alignment check after putting new tires on my Mercedes GLA 250. When they put it on the alignment rack they said I don’t need one (all green already), and didn’t charge me anything for the visit. Thank you again, and I will certainly be back!”

“Jan and Amanda in the front were behind stellar. They set up my appointments, called Enterprise on my behalf, and constantly kept me updated on both the timing of my repairs, and if any additional work needed to be done. They also sent detailed images which I absolutely loved because it builds trust to someone who isn't a mechanic and they pointed out the damage as well behind the outer shell.

If I had a complaint about them it’s that you can’t get your car taken care of at the very last minute….
….but the reason for that is that honest and skilled mechanics are hard to find and everyone in Huntersville knows this is the place to go.
Car repairs are never convenient and often stressful.

“I’ve been a customer here for a while, although I hadn’t been in recently since I had a newer vehicle that was still under warranty and was being serviced at the dealership.
I had a minor issue come up this week and wanted to have it checked out for peace of mind, especially with a road trip coming up. While they had the vehicle, I also had them take care of my state inspection.
They checked everything out and didn’t find any issues, which was exactly what I was hoping to hear. Even better, they only charged me for the state inspection and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need.
The shuttle service is also really convenient, and the shuttle driver (Ron) was a joy to talk with.
It’s nice to have a shop you can trust to give you an honest assessment and take good care of you. I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicles here. Thank you Will & Corey!”

Even though you are getting the same parts. Went to my car, ordered what I needed and it arrived there next day where I picked it up no hassle. Just a little silly. I would go back if I needed help identifying a part I need, but I would definitely take the part number and hit up the website for the best pricing.”
