They took care of it right away for me even though there was 10 minutes left in their work day. “I recently changed my Fuel Injectors and needed to have them indexed. Called and spoke with Tony, and he told me to stop by anytime. It won't take long to do it. He also made sure I had the codes for each injector. Went by, and he took care of me quickly. In and out in 15 minutes. Great service, not to mention that Tony is just an all-around great guy!”

“Brought in my Honda Accord in thinking was power steering problem. Jim did his inspection and determined that was a different issue altogether. Also checked out a few other things in the car that he noticed and without my asking but didn’t try to sell me. I know very little about cars, and he could’ve upsold me and overcharged me easily like most mechanics but didn’t. And I checked afterwards: his pricing is probably the lowest in the area, and I saved a ton of money. Jim is polite, very knowledgeable, and honest. He earned my business for life.Services: Tires”

“Several weeks ago, I brought my car into AAA due to the fact that my Dashboard lights kept coming on. I had already had 2 different mechanics look at the vehicle and couldn't figure it out. Lex McPherson is the name of the mechanic that works at AAA. He not only diagnosed the problem, he also was able to instruct me on how to contact the dealership to get the issue resolved. He literally saved me close to $10,000 in repairs, as this turned out to be a design flaw in the engine. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The man knows his engines. And I am forever grateful for it.”
“The door on my S10 Truck would not close right due to the metal on the body holding part of the latch was cracked. The repair shop that I had the truck for another repair said they could not do this repair and I should find someone to repair or fabricate something to make a safe repair. I called Mr Hammond and he went to the repair shop, gave me an estimate and repaired it on location. This saved me from having to look for another vehicle. The repair looked good and worked well. The owner of the other shop also said it looked good. Hammond Custom Automotive was great to work with and I will recommend them and use them in the future. Dale Hagler”

“I've trusted my car to Woodie's for the past few years. I believe them to be honest straight-shooters. Although the bill for work done this last time was incredibly painful... New brakes and tires are expensive... I believe the evaluation was correct. The price may be a bit higher than Firestone or NTB but seeing the same faces every time I come back can make up for that. Woodie's doesn't seem to have staff turnover that the cheaper places do. Tom was great here in Huntersville.”
