“Almost don't ever write reviews because I'm lazy asl but this was an amazing experience. Was passing through NC on a long road trip when I had a flat tire and this was the closest Mavis I could find. Phresh was so incredibly professional and efficient in replacing the tires; she said 1.5 hours and was ready in exactly 1.5 right on the dot, and our trip was delayed as minimally as possible; I seriously thought I would need to stay one more night here which would not have been ideal, but thanks to Phresh and the team that didn't have to happen. Price was reasonable too, even with extended warranty. Absolutely recommend, even if I don't live here at all.”

“I take all of my cars for an alignment here! Highly recommend, good guys and honest shop! I came in for an alignment check after putting new tires on my Mercedes GLA 250. “Jan and Amanda in the front were behind stellar. They set up my appointments, called Enterprise on my behalf, and constantly kept me updated on both the timing of my repairs, and if any additional work needed to be done. They also sent detailed images which I absolutely loved because it builds trust to someone who isn't a mechanic and they pointed out the damage as well behind the outer shell.
The whole experience was very pleasant and next time I, or anybody I know, should need a body shop... I'm going to Gerber Collision of Huntersville”

I went to order a few parts I identified on their website and found that they don't honor website pricing, the in-store experience is limited to Toyota OEM pricing. Even though you are getting the same parts. Went to my car, ordered what I needed and it arrived there next day where I picked it up no hassle. Just a little silly. I would go back if I needed help identifying a part I need, but I would definitely take the part number and hit up the website for the best pricing.”

Staff was thorough and very friendly, replaced battery promptly, gave us our warranty discount which made new battery very reasonable. Delighted with the wonderful service and a good price.
