“I can't say enough good things about Christian Brothers Automotive in Huntersville. They absolutely went above and beyond for us and have earned my business going forward. I brought in my son's 2005 Lexus LS430 because of a significant oil leak. Rather than making assumptions about where the oil was coming from, the team thoroughly cleaned the engine, added UV dye, drove and tested the car, and traced the leaks properly. They identified leaks from both the camshaft and crankshaft seals and then went a step further by using a camera to inspect inside the timing cover. That's when they discovered that the timing belt itself was saturated with oil. What impressed me most was how thorough they were and how much they genuinely cared about getting the car repaired correctly. My son is leaving for college the next morning, so they knew we were working against a deadline. During the repair, they discovered they needed a specific OEM washer with a rubber sealing surface. The only dealer in the area that had one was in Rock Hill, so one of their guys actually drove all the way down there to pick it up so they could finish the car that day. They completed the repair by 3:30 p.m. that afternoon and then tested the car multiple times to make sure everything was right before giving it back to us. They never rushed the diagnosis or the repair despite knowing how badly we needed the car. Ryan and the entire team were honest, knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, and genuinely seemed to care about both the car and our situation. These guys didn't just throw parts at a problem — they took the time to diagnose it correctly and then went out of their way to make sure the job was finished properly and on time. “Took my truck in to have my moon roof looked at, price quote was way over what I wanted to spend to have it fixed. This is the 3rd time it has been broke. Not the mechanics fault but bad design by Ford. After charging me to repair the leak, brought my vehicle home and noticed that it was not sealed and talked to Chris, it was decided that I should bring it back and have them fix it. The techs looked at it again, this time they said the seals were also bad and that they also needed to be replaced, adding more to the initial cost. After asking why this wasn’t mentioned before when they charged me to make adjustments and get it to seal but not work, because I did not want to pay to have the motor and track replaced for the third time, they have decided to refund me the money from the initial repair or credit me the cost and discount for the big repair. I opted for the refund. I would recommend buying from this dealership, this is where I purchased my truck from and I am happy with my truck but I would not recommend having the service technicians working on my vehicles.”
