“Jaron is the absolute best! I came in completely clueless about several service items that my car needed and he went above and beyond to help me get them figured out. He answered all of my questions, educated me if the issue should arise again and recommended me exactly what I needed while being considerate of my time. He's an exceptional manager and I will be back to this location.”

“Super friendly and super quick! I came in after realizing my car battery was failing. They first did a test to confirm it was the battery then had it installed in the time it took for me to pay. I had two small children with me and the process was a breeze!”

“I was down in Concord on business, my girlfriend's Nissan had battery issues and left us stranded, I walked to interstate battery and talked with George and Steven about the issue I was having, they were very prompt in finding me a replacement and Steven even offered to give me a ride back to the car with tools to let me replace the battery. These guys are the best, thank you guys for helping and caring about the issues we were having, I will recommend only interstate battery to everyone and anyone that has battery issues. 10 plus stars”

“The employees are very helpful and polite. Never had an issue here, unlike the Advance Autoparts off of 73, whom I have experienced multiple sexist comments by older employees 'making sure I know what I am doing'. Never going there again, I will only be going here and you should to”
