My kids love going here for strength and agility training between the main sports they play! Not only can I see them getting faster and stronger, they look forward to going and working out!!

Champions Sports Performance is a Family Fitness Center located near Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC. Champions is home to the Parisi Speed School, the top youth athletic training program in the country. Champions also offers a variety of adult fitness classes and personal training options.
