Horrible. While some people might enjoy that kind of style of a gym, it was laughable. Oh and good luck try cancelling your membership. While I was told my membership was cancelled (after paying an extra $50 to cancel) I am on month number 3 on still being charged. Horribly run business

Great gym! The trainers, coaches, and staff are super encouraging in a very genuine way. They're ready to help without judgement. I haven't been to a gym in over 3 years and I'm definitely on a beginner's level but I feel like the atmosphere they exude is positive and accepting.

one of the best gyms i have had the pleasure of attending! new owners are amazing and truly care about the property! they are currently remodeling and bringing the gym into the modern era! 5/5 would recommend to everyone! if you join tell them JORGE sent you! trust me
