“Our boys (9 and 13) have been going to Champions for the last month and we couldn’t be happier! Because we know the owners, we knew of Champions but weren’t sure what to expect. I signed our boys up over winter break to give them something to do until soccer started back up in the spring. When I dropped them off the first day I told them to expect that conditioning would be hard work and not “fun” like soccer. Our boys proved me wrong- they have a lot of fun, are getting faster and stronger and look forward to going each time. Most of all I appreciate the culture the Klines and Logan have created- it’s great that kids in the Lake Norman area have a space where they can leave stronger physically, mentally and emotionally. Thanks Champions!”

“Just an outstanding gym that has been around for quite a while. Matt has done an amazing job! Having an actual 24/7 gym and it keeps the membership head count at a good number so it does not get over is priceless. You have what you need in equipment to locker room show and personal trainers. I know there are more but I do not need much.”

“This YMCA offers both an indoor and outdoor pool, lake activities, a beautiful gym AND, wait for it…they accept nationwide memberships for all of it! To top that off, they are also welcoming and friendly! I visited this Charlotte-area Y to swim laps after having a not-so-successful swim at another nearby YMCA. I will definitely be back when I’m in Charlotte again visiting my children!”
“Ever since Isaiah took over this gym, the difference has been night and day. The gym smells better, it’s cleaner than I’ve ever seen it, and the overall atmosphere is just more enjoyable. You can tell he actually cares about the place and the people working out here. Good people are hard to find, and Isaiah is definitely one of them. I genuinely enjoy coming here now because the environment feels welcoming, organized, and well-maintained. Keep up the great work!”
