About Jetton Park
Jetton Park is a beautiful 104-acre park located along the shores of Lake Norman. It offers a variety of amenities, including a formal garden, gazebo, picnic decks, and a playground, making it ideal for family outings. There are eight tennis courts and walking and mountain biking trails, with the Jetton Park Loop being a popular 1.5-mile paved trail perfect for walking, running, or biking. Shaded by trees, the trail provides scenic views of the lake and is suitable for beginners. Restrooms are available near the waterfront hall and playground, and parking is conveniently located along the trail. The indoor pavilion, Jetton Waterfront Hall, can hold up to 80 people and features lights, water, restrooms, and climate control. Visitors often enjoy peaceful walks, picnics, fishing, and relaxing by the lake, especially during sunrise and sunset. The park is pet-friendly, clean, and well-kept, providing a serene setting to spend time with family and friends. Well maintained park with paved trails and sandy beaches. We went on a Sunday morning and there were many people enjoying the trails and beach. Lots of dogs, most were very friendly. Lots of parking available but you may have to drive a little further into the park to find it.
