“This team is amazing. Always so helpful, even when it's a situation that is not necessarily on their shoulders, they still go above and beyond to help.
I read the 1 Star reviews and am happy to know they were almost all from the first team that opened the store. I suppose they were all still learning. The team they have now, always nice, always friendly, they love to give each customer a great experience while trying to he as quick and efficient as possible for those of us who have to rush through our day.

“i’m usually super anxious going to places like this but i felt super comfortable, the staff was very nice and even gave me extra information that i probably would have had to ask for at a different location! that doesn’t go far for some people but for people like me, scared to ask certain questions, it helped a lot! i was very happy with the service here, it makes me happy that the next time i inevitably have to send something through postage, i can go here and feel comfortable?”

“So every time I come here, the service was always efficient and polite. Today a lady was upset with Tommy. I didn't witness most of her transaction. As far as I could tell, she was not skipped. When she asked for his name, he attempted to resolve whatever issue it was. She would not divulge her story and walked out. The staff, Tommy and myself were dumbfounded. I will continue to use this location. They are consistent and professional. I hope she gets her resolution.”
