“The most important part of this type of business is service. The store gives great service. I walked to their door many times and I've never walked out unsatisfied with the way I was treated.”
“I don’t know how you could give the store anything less than a five star rating, I have been here on multiple occasions and they are fast friendly and get the job done.”
“I come to this UPS store quite often and usually with multiple items and they are always SO kind and so helpful. I have not had one bad experience here! Love this location.”

“I recently set up a virtual business address and mailbox with Total Office Services, and from start to finish, I felt like I was in good hands. They were kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I ran into a couple of snags along the way, but they went above and beyond to work with me, iron everything out, and now I am officially in business!
I really appreciate their patience and excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them!
Sincerely,
KH”
