“We moved to the area in 2020 and fell in with Garrison for inspections. Since then they have been our go-to mechanic for oil changes, inspections, regular maintenance actions, and any emergencies that crop up. They are always prompt, professional, and personable, and do what they can to keep people afloat while keeping their cars and trucks running. I love that I've found a mechanic that I can walk in, talk over basic diagnostics for what could be wrong with my vehicle, and they'll look it over and give me a rundown that I know I can trust.
Andy and Kenny know their stuff, and their techs are incredibly thorough. We'll keep coming back til they close or we move.”
“I like the hours this place is open. I normally come here before or after shopping at same club store. Always having the best price. Many lanes to choose from so getting gas here is pretty quick. Only day I don’t recommend getting gas is Saturday the line can reach very far into the street. lol”

“I give them 5 stars because of how much patience the employees have!!! on 11/29 I was looking for the new Red Bull flavor before getting in line, I saw other employees coming in for the normal shift change when I over heard a 6’5 man being aggressive with a brunette employee. When I turned around I saw him throw….his ID at her & being extremely rude mean while she’s trying to handle everyone in the mean time. The way he spoke to her & acted towards her was extremely unacceptable! I always come to this location and she is nothing but kind to everyone along with all the employees at this location. Thank you guys for everything you do.”
“I walked up to the counter to pay for my snacks and Matt the guy behind the counter gives me $10.00, I look at him and ask what is that for, he says it’s yours you left in the lottery machine 2 weeks ago. I asked how did you know it was me, he states he went through the store video and saw I was the last person using the machine. Thanks for the honesty Matt.”
“Best mechanic Ever honest, timely and skilled fixes what's broken not what isn't. He once fixed a break issue, no one else could dispite exhaustive charges for 'repairs', by adding a 5 cent washer to the master cylinder connection.”
“They need to be more consistent in their hours of operation. It says for instance open at 7am Saturday but even as late as 10am they're not open. Furthermore many times they're closed at a time they post being open. Consistency is needed because eventually your patronage will fall off.”

“Excellent service, prompt & always at a good price. These guys can figure out how to fix anything! Many times when other companies have given up the corporate guys will call A1 Petroleum & they come fix it. If you have a C Store or offer Gas/Diesel you better have A1 Petroleum on speed dial!”
“The Harris Teeter fuel station is pretty solid. There’s usually no wait, and it's rare to see more than one or two pumps out of order. Prices are in line with other nearby options, so it’s a convenient stop without feeling like you're overpaying.
The attendant never seems particularly thrilled to be there, but honestly, they’re stuck in a tiny booth all day. Would you be? They still do their job and keep things running smoothly.
My only gripe is the air pump. It used to be free, but now it's a dollar. That said, the free one kept getting broken, so it's hard to blame them for switching it out. The new one takes a credit card, works well, and is easy to use, so it’s not really a big deal. Overall, a dependable spot to fill up and get on with your day.”

“Ok car wash, the rinse is too short so I had some bubbles still on my car after I stopped. The automatic blower was good, many of them push you through way too fast. The best part of the experience was the $10 price and free unlimited vacuums. Very happy with my overall experience. They also offered $10 off a maxi-wash (or whatever it’s called) with the coupon code from my receipt, so that’s pretty cool.”
“Quick place to stop and get a drink or cigs or gas or lottery. Was recently robbed and a few weeks after that a guy stabbed someone at the pump having road rage. For the most part the store is dead also sells pipes and other goodies in the case. For tobacco of course. Lol”

“Clemmer's Convience Store...Love this store, I've been coming here for years. Friendly long time employees are very customer orientated! Gas and cigarettes are always cheaper than other stores and they don't allow vagrants to hang out and beg for cash for beer money!!! I feel very safe there. Highly recommend Clemmer's Store to anyone!”

“I come here all the time! I can walk to it from my house. Have very kind cashiers, especially around 6pm. Very friendly staff. Delicious potato wedges and chicken, though a bit spicy for my tastes. The candies and other products have pretty good prices imo. Only seemed like I was overcharged once. I'll continue to come here every week! Absolutely love this place and reccomend others to come! Also, rarely at nights, theres a stray cat. They're very shy and scared of humans, but the workers at the gas station take care of them. Ty 4 that btw.”

Yummy breakfast biscuits with a lot of fresh options… country ham, bacon, sausage, livermush, bologna, etc. I stop when I can for a few FRESH cracked eggs (not rubbery drive thru eggs) and some protein before I start my day. Grab a protein bar and drink for later, fill up with gas and I’m on my way.”
